Very good hotel for corporate meetings with outstanding customer service
Pros:

Double tree are always a good hotel for corporate meetings and this was no exception. Good rooms, good conference facilities etc. What made this particular hotel excellent was the absolutely outstanding efforts on customer service particularly from Tara Butler. What made her different was not just that she did what we asked to make the meeting go well, I expect that, It was that she anticipated issues and saw how things could be made that little bit better. Never intrusive but always available and helpful. An absolute role model

we were attending a wedding a few miles away, the hotel and staff were very good

Our bedroom was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable,

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disappointing as the plates were cold, so the food soon went cold very quickly

Huge comfy bed . Plenty of space in the main room x lovely shower. And great choice at breakfast.

Just a few points the door stop infront of the basin unit I kept stabbing my foot . And poor lighting to apply makeup in the main room ..

Crap, total crap
Pros:

The breakfast

Cons:

The room was hot a queen size room it was a double and this was/is unacceptable as it was for my daughter to have her pictures and get ready for her wedding.
It was totally unacceptable especially as I know our rooms were given to another family (with more money) and so my daughters experience was totally ruined
We couldn't even hang up my daughters dress, it was a shambles
