You won’t be disappointed when you stay here
Pros:

In our 4 weeks touring the UK this was on of the most pleasant stops we had. The room, recently updated,was well planned, well equipped and air conditioned. Comfortable king bed.
The bar/lounge area was simple and served a variety of good food and drinks.
The buffet breakfast was the best we had seen on our travels. Variety and fresh.
All the staff we met were engaging and professional.
And for what we paid was good value .

Pros:

Level entry & lifts to second floor

Cons:

We were a little early & staff asked us to pay & extra 10pounds for early access to room or wait 30mins for free access.
If the room was ready don’t know why we couldn’t have just accessed room.
Also we have a Hilton number but where told we can’t have the points because we booking through booking.com.
This needs to be looked at & rectified for us & all future customers.
Hilton & Booking.com need to figure this out.
Very poor in my opinion.

We stayed to attend a nearby wedding. The hotel facilities an location were perfect for our needs.
Pros:

The air conditioning was excellent.

Cons:

I thought the restaurant meals in the evening could have been better.

Good stay, calming surroundings and lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, loved the variety, which included catering for vegetarians, also the various drink selection. The hotel is situated in a calm setting. Staff friendliness, knowledge and helpfulness.

Cons:

Sofa bed not great, leg kept catching on sofa bars and not enough room to desk area. Also seating, just one chair for three sharing.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and we were upgraded to Queen superior which was great. The breakfast had plenty of options and the setting with the little pond outside was nice for our daughter particularly with the goslings haven't just been born.

Cons:

Price was a shade higher than we'd ideally have paid but the facilities, room and location were all good so ultimately didn't feel too expensive.
