Micheal on reception is an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

Well set out and easy to locate. It is nice that it is set amongst the trees and some water as you wouldn’t know how close to main road. Very quiet.

Wonderful stay - excellent staff, rooms and food
Pros:

Spacious and clean rooms with excellent facilities - courteous and friendly staff who were polite and helpful - only had one issue with a leaky kettle but once mentioned it was replaced immediately - excellent service and would definitely have no hesitation in returning

Really friendly staff on late arrival (and a fresh warm cookie). Parking on site really helped arriving late after a festival!
Spacious room with a very large bed which was so comfy. Ultra clean and loved the bathroom set up, large demisting mirror and lovely toiletries.
Amazing breakfast and coffee for £10pp ordering pre-arrival.
Genuinely one of the best chain hotels we've stayed in!

Cons:

Nothing to say 😁 apart from there could be an extra mirror above the table in the bedroom!

Great hotel. Dont miss out on the exceptional breakfast.
Pros:

Very clean. Aircon was fab. Check in was easy, we paid cash and were told £50 notes werent accepted. This should be made clear. The girl on reception was so helpful though. Cookie was a nice touch, but one between two lol. Breakfast was honestly the best we have seen. Smoothies and fresh pancakes plus everything else you would expect. Room was quiet.
Staff in breakfast room were so nice and friendly. An asset to the hotel.
Roadworks outside meant we missed the entrance, but soon sorted.

Great hotel
Pros:

We were upgraded to a spacious, air conditioned room. Spotlessly clean and very inviting. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Huge choice well presented.

Cons:

Nothing. We were worried about the noise from the busy road close by, but inside, you couldn't hear a thing.
