Great place to area to stay so close to shopping.
Pros:

The property was very clean, upscale and nice. The staff was outstanding. I enjoyed the valet.

Pros:

Después de reservar únicamente la primera noche acabamos reservando la segunda y última noche después del recorrido por las islas.
Ubicación, trato y hotel perfecto!!

Cons:

Aire acondicionado muy frío, pero es típico en cualquier local en PR….

Mejor de lo que pensaba, un hotel de primer nivel.
Pros:

El personal que trabaja en el hotel. Desde las recepcionistas, camareros, bartenders, todos fueron extremadamente amables y queridos. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, limpias y organizadas.

Cons:

No tendría nada que agregar. Quizás lo único es que pudieran darle refill a los implementos de aseo, en este caso, la ducha donde casi no había shampoo, body gel y acondicionador. De resto, todo excelente.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en Hotel Rumbao. La ubicación es excelente, muy conveniente para caminar y disfrutar del área. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, y en general tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me gustara. En general, tuve una excelente experiencia.

Home away from home.
Pros:

The hotel was in prime location - right by the water & a street away from the happenings of Old San Juan! It was a gorgeous property, the staff were friendly and it felt like a home away from home. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious too.

Cons:

The overall state of the room could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the grout in the shower) but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Also at times you can smell the plumbing / sewerage from the bathroom, but I don’t think this is a fault of the hotel itself.
