Al frente de los cruceros y ubicación privilegiada
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble y queda al frente del muelle de llegada de cruceros!! Logramos ver el crucero de Disney

Cons:

Habían costos de más que no estaban programados en los gastos para el hotel. Habían unos impuestos que booking no mencionaba y además (aunque esto si lo dice booking) el parqueadero es pago, 26 dólares el día, y queda muy cerca

Wonderful experience !!
Pros:

My family and I had a very wonderful experience with your hotel. This was our first time in San Juan, Puerto Rico and also at this property. I’m so glad I stayed nearby. Everything was convenient and walkable, easy check-in, wonderful customer service, clean rooms and had a beautiful breakfast at the lobby cafe!

Perfecto lugar para quedarse en San Juan viejo

La localización es perfecta

Cons:

No me agradó la parte donde se me avisó hasta hacer el check in que no me incluían los 4 desayunos. Por lo que sería bueno que lo mencionen claro antes de hacer la reservación. También podrían aclarar la parte de que el parqueo tiene un costo extra.

Estancia excelente menos la piscina!!!!
Pros:

El personal femenino de la recepción fue excelente, también me encantó el restaurante(el desayuno,bebidas y la atención del personal), el área de la barra muy agradable y su personal también. Le doy un A+ a todo el personal que nos atendió, muchas gracias 🤗

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó del hotel fue la piscina, es muy pequeña e incómoda. Ni un solo día pude disfrutarla😩.

Great Experience!!
Pros:

I have had such a great experience at this hotel. I have gotten taken care of by many staff members in a great way, especially Jorge and Anai who was our server at the restaurant in the hotel which is called Island Kueros, and the food is absolutely phenomenal! To top it off, they had a live saxophone player playing some great music. I strongly recommend this hotel!
