Home away from home.
Pros:

The hotel was in prime location - right by the water & a street away from the happenings of Old San Juan! It was a gorgeous property, the staff were friendly and it felt like a home away from home. The rooms are beautifully designed and spacious too.

Cons:

The overall state of the room could use a bit of an upgrade (for example the grout in the shower) but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Also at times you can smell the plumbing / sewerage from the bathroom, but I don’t think this is a fault of the hotel itself.

Excellent hotel for a short getway from the "Island" life
Pros:

One of the best locations in Old San Juan. Super easy vehicular access. Once there walking distance to all the magnificent restaurants available in the Islet of San Juan. Unbeatable!

I enjoyed my vacation very much, the place is in a great location, we walked and enjoyed old San Juan, our kids enjoyed
Pros:

I like the location. You can go everywhere from there.

Cons:

I think it is overpriced. Facilities hasn’t been remodeled since I stayed there almost 10 years ago. Also they charge you a resort fee and as far as I understand, that is not a resort.

Some good, some bad.
Pros:

Exceptional location right off the boardwalk
Brandon at the front was very pleasant
Valet parking was available which made life so much easier
Excellent dinner- the presentation and taste of the meal was phenomenal, Live music playing, seating on the balcony facing the sea- very very nice.
Very comfortable bed, sheets and towels

Cons:

The key card machine was not working when we checked in and a manager had to let us into the room
Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom
Musty smell as you walk into the room
Slight dirty bathroom floor
Very poor breakfast- 1/2 hr between ordering food and receiving it- food was cold, dry scrambled eggs and bacon & the waitress never checked on us once the food was delivered.
Drag queen host/ess ? at Kueros restaurant in the hotel.
