Redmond Inn

This hotel is simply fantastic.
We stayed for 7 nights—we stayed here last year, too.
But the staff deserves special mention.
Fabiola (Fabi) made our check-in and recognized us from our stay last year.
She did her best, to accommodate us in the best way possible.
Jessica at the front desk also recognized us and made sure everything was in order.
Mary, at the front desk, always greeted us with a smile and a "good morning or hello"
Rita, managed the breakfast service, was always attentive to every detail.
Mr. Paulino, managed maintenance and more, was always helpful and polite.
And the entire housekeeping team works hard every day to keep the hotel spotless.

The rooms:
Are spacious, and the bathroom was very clean.
Everything worked perfectly.
Great bed and pillows.
Wet bar is a plus.
The coffee machine in the lobby is amazing.
The location is safe and quiet.
Everything is within walking distance.
Congratulations to everyone again, and thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great location for a not-too-expensive getaway! Staff gracious, friendly and professional. Room was *beautifully* clean, with thoughtful details like an extra garbage/recycling can, a tissue box on the nightstand, and best of all, both an outlet and a USB charger on *both* sides of the bed accessible on the lamp base! Though "hot chocolate" was listed in the lobby amenities (we aren't coffee drinker) we didn't see that. But overall a great experience, and lunch at the pancake House with the offered coupon was delicious! Would definitely recommend and also will come back!

Bed was comfortable and the location was great. Right near 520. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

It was very conveniently located. I love the coffee machine in the lobby. Very convenient too many restaurants. Always smelled clean and fresh. also, the pancake house in the same parking lot was very convenient. Free parking is always a bonus.!

This is a nice little hotel. Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. There are Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, but no pods. However, there is free coffee in the lobby and breakfast room. It’s right next door to the light rail that will take you to Bellevue and Seattle.

The location was good for me, and the fact that the facility was adjacent to a place to eat made it better

Location for our event was good. Next door to a restaurant with great breakfasts.

Stayed here 4nights we had a dresser in our room which the drawers opened all the time we also had a bedlight without a bulb we reported it to the desk they said the maintenance guy started at 4pm he would take care of it? nobody came also we had ants in the bathroom and ACvent? I left a small electrical extension for my C-PAC unit after we left I wrote to the Hotel but have had no response whatsoever to date.
Too bad as the locationand price was excellent but there was no HOT breakfast just toast and waffles etc the lady on graveyard shift at the lobby desk was very very friendly.The room and beds were good except for the aboveand the only reason I am writig this is I got no response back from the Hotel.

What a wonderful hotel to stay at while attending any Redmond event! Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and great location! What more can you ask for? Mary Richards
