Was clean and convenient for work travel. I appreciated the cost for the stay. I would appreciate a veteran discount. Thank you.
Early in the morning someone tried to open my door by tugging at it. I would appreciate a security walk through out the early morning hours.
Location
Quiet
Room smelled of cigarette smoke
Blanket had cigarette burns
Price was good and people were friendly.
No sheets or pillows for the pullout sofa bed.
Very clean and staff is always great

I paid for amenities to booking.com that weren't offered at the location. So I already started the stay in the negative.
A lot of uncomfortable loitering. No screens in the windows. Just raggedy. Staff was very adamant on making assumptions about myself ( OCD, clean, quiet), my dog (beautiful, trained, quiet). However they should have devoted that energy towards making the property safe, free of hazardous debris from incomplete projects..and update the rooms.!!!
Enter the room that was a bad odor the bathroom sink was full of water
The pictures that they used to show online the property was not the same when we entered the room
Was off on its own. Not a lot of buildings or residents surrounding it
Where do I start? First of all, the lady working the desk was extremely rude and hateful. Wouldn’t make eye contact, wouldn’t answer questions, and refused to work basically. The only thing she would say was, “ask the guy who gets here in the morning”. We booked a queen room and didn’t get it. The bed frame stuck out in 6 spots all around the bed so when you try to get out of it you would immediately hit one of those. The blanket had burn holes in it. There was no pillowcases on the pillows. The room smelled like wet old man from the 60s. The bathroom sink had black stuff all the way around the room. The tub was disgusting and the toilet paper wasn’t full. The toilet seat wasn’t even connected to the toilet and wasn’t the same shape or size so it was unusable. You also had to park in front of the building and walk completely around to the back that was very dark to find the door to the room. The neighbors upstairs were very loud. You could hear every footsteps they took all night long. The main door had a camera in the window so when you walked by it, it made a jarring loud alarming sound that was super annoying. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just save your $200 for the night and find a better place.
Easy check-in
Unsafe area. Heard gunshots throughout the night.
I wouldn’t say like, it was OK
Location, cleanliness, cleaning staff ignoring request and front desk, not seeming to put any importance on the problem
The location was convenient.
The day I got to the hotel was fine. I quickly put my stuff in my room without looking around and went off to a rehearsal dinner. I get back that night to realize that not only was there no cover on the peephole but the ac wasn’t working either. There was also black residue in the bottom of the tub. I go to the front desk and instead of them offering to fix the ac or the peephole issue they tell me if I come back around 11 the next morning they can move me rooms. At this point I’m dumbfounded. I’m a girl traveling alone and their only solution was to tell me they’d move me the next morning. The next morning rolled around and I’m taking a shower to get ready for the wedding only to realize that the tub was broken in the middle and the black residue was from them “fixing” it. It wasn’t fixed and there also wasn’t a liner on the shower curtain. When I got out of the shower? Water everywhere on the ground. Not sure what issue caused that but clearly not safe. At this point I have to get to the wedding so I clearly can’t wait until 11am to get a new room. I put all of my stuff in my car and go to the wedding. When I come back? My keycard isn’t working. Instead of switching rooms, which the front desk and maintenance person noted was in my file to do, they make me try two different key cards before they send the maintenance man out to fix it. I say multiple times that I have nothing in the room so I can just switch rooms. But no. Instead I get told “well you’re already here so”. I slept the night and left early on Sunday to get out of there. Let me point out that the people were perfectly nice. But I shouldn’t have had to feel unsafe in my room. I shouldn’t have had to fix the AC myself. The AC shouldn’t have been hanging off the wall. The door to the bathroom should’ve closed properly and same for the door to the room. I shouldn’t have had to show paper in the peep hole so that the outside couldn’t look right into my room.
Easy check-in and communication with staff. Bed was comfy and neighborhood is nice.
Carpet smelled, stairs did not look safe, poor breakfast, property looks old.
