Pros:

Nithing. Didn't stay there after seeing the room.

Cons:

Everything. Room smelled horrible . Mattresses were dirty and very low to the ground. Carpet was dirty and the floor was uneven. Alot of rooms were upstairs with no elevator. Walk into the room, walked out and requested a refund.

A great value if you're only planning to sleep at the property.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The property was a little worn-down, although clearly work has been done to renovate it. No restaurants within about 1 mile of property - there is a CVS close by for drinks/snacks.
