Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing! Would stay again!
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness was fantastic.

Cons:

The breakfast was the same everyday and did not offer many options for a diabetic like myself. The heating/air in our room didn’t work quite right. It continued to blow cold air even when it was turned to heat.

Great accommodations with a wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional especially Ms. Anderson. We had a very nice, large, comfortable room. We enjoyed the happy hour that came with a presentation from Tracy Anderson, which was interesting. Breakfast was good, albeit, very crowded.

Cons:

I didn't like having to deal with busloads of people at Happy Hour or at breakfast, however, it is a good thing for the hotel for it to be full.

Comfort plus!
Pros:

Great location near restaurants and close enough to freeway, great beds, delicious breakfast. The "happy hour" was a nice touch. Liked having a sifa to sit on, not just the bed. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! Perfect location if you’re going to Mt. Rushmore or Custer.
Pros:

They have two king bed room options which is not typical, which was so nice.

Cons:

Good choice for a two-day stay
Pros:

Good reception experience with special effort to place us in a room that confirmed to our request; clean and well-furnished room; happy hour with complementary drinks and popcorn plus an interesting presentation by a representative of a local tribe

Cons:

Breakfast consisted mainly of heavily salted, sugared and ultra-processed foods. We would have appreciated more fresh fruit and other healthy choices
