CARS GET STOLEN HERE. READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS.

**DO NOT STAY HERE. Cars are stolen from this property frequently.**

We drove from the U.S. to Canada for a wedding and parked our car on the property. The car was locked, and the next morning it was gone.

After speaking with family in the area and reading other reviews, we learned this is apparently a common issue at this location. What made it worse was the lack of accountability. Staff were not helpful and told us this “happens all the time.”

If that is true, guests should be clearly warned before booking. There should be a notice on the hotel website or booking page that vehicles are at high risk of theft here. Guests should not find out only after their car is stolen.

A stolen car is not an inconvenience. It is a huge disruption. If this is a known issue, the property should have stronger security, cameras, warnings, and real accountability.

Please be careful and do not stay here.

The facility was nice.

Cons:

I didn't like paying $5.00 for a standard cup of coffee. We had just had a wonderful breakfast at a restaurant in Toronto - lots of bacon, 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, hashbrowns. and coffee for 12.95. In your restaurant we paid $17.00 for 1 piece of toast, two eggs, and no hashbrowns, plus $5.00 for a plain cup of coffee. I felt like we were being gouged.

Convenience place
Pros:

This hotel is very convenient for my work and it is near by our office. The room is spacious, the breakfast i could order as what i like although it was not in the menu. The associates were friendly. I feel good when i stay in this hotel.
