Love this hotel.
Pros:

We have stayed here before. When we have family being treated at Legacy Good Sam Hospital, family that needs to be with the patient stays here. We love the great service! The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and well designed. We LOVE the full size refrigerator.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. Our special requests were granted quickly and courteously. When we needed to add a night that was done quickly and we knew we were is a safe comfortable place during a difficult time.

I parcheggi dell’hotel non sono sufficienti e a volte si è costretti a cercare parcheggio in strada, cosa non facile da trovare

Good stay but poor breakfast
Pros:

Good location, free parking (not safe though, broken glass on some cars), great staff

Cons:

A little bit old, not really clean
And there is no breakfast in fact, just some bagels and toasts

My husband and I went away for a couple of days we stayed in a lovely suite. It was very comfortable.
Pros:

It was a nice inviting place

Cons:

Honestly, if I had to say one thing, it is the little tiny elevator really bothered me, but that is just a personal issue

Very pleasant with nice continental breakfast in a cheery breakfast room. Nice to hop on the street car too!
