Exceptionally clean, great value for money
Pros:

This is the second time I've stayed there for work, and these are some of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. They had even cleaned in a lot of places other hotels miss, like behind the bed/near the headboard, dusted the tops of lamps and mirrors, etc. Really exceptionally clean, which is the most important thing to me at a hotel. Staff were courteous and the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Lots of seating and room to set down belongings.

Cons:

Breakfast offerings were slim and expensive, but available. On my second night a school group was staying over, and some of them were in the room adjoining mine, so it was quite loud until 11pm, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. I planned to call the front desk if it continued past 11, but they quieted down immediately so I figured they had a curfew anyway. Otherwise it's quite a quiet hotel, even that close to the highway. It's a little off the beaten path so you have to drive a bit to get to restaurants, gas, etc.

Poor Customer Service (Front Desk)
Pros:

It was not a very good experience with this location.. They have extremely poor customer service and very little communication. I made a reservation (which they had trouble finding) and I gave them a 'temporary' account to use as I was paying with my credit card upon arrival. Number 1.. They debited the 'temporary' account because I was not checking in til around 6pm(which was told to agent) The Front Desk informed no notes were on the file so they proceeded with what information was there.. The amenities were few and far.. Nothing like what I have experienced at other locations. In closing.. This particular location would not be on my go to list for sure. The Residence Inn is waaay far better than this.

Praktisch hotel wanneer je in Boston moet zijn voor de MIT.
Pros:

Netjes Hotel, Gym was prima, 's Morgens gratis koffie ToGo, Vlakbij metro.

Cons:

Weinig personeel, wanneer er iets is moet je even wachten.

Good comfy room at an ok price
Pros:

Really great comfy room at an ok price. Staff was friendly and it was a good overall experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was very expensive as well as the bar, there is very little around so basically have to use their services, or come stocked with your own things.

A comfortable stay.
Pros:

Decent business hotel. It’s never going to win awards for location and it’s not a 5 star hotel. But at the same time, I dint understand the previous negative reviews. It as in convenient location for business. The rooms are clean, comfortable and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and hot. It’s not a sophisticated menu but it does the job. Nice stay overall.

Nice overall but a couple of disappointments
Pros:

The location was the main reason we booked here - close to subway and restaurants and easy to get to from the 400. The price was reasonable.
The lobby was very inviting and the staff were professional. Access to the public computer in the lobby was helpful for us.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a small balcony with a sliding door which sounds nice. But because of the low outside temperature, the cold just blasted through the door making the floors uncomfortably cold.
We went down to use the advertised hot tub. The water was lukewarm and we learned the jets did not work - very disappointing. Please don't advertise that you have a hot tub when you don't. To make up for this, I thought I would have a nice hot bath in my room. The tub is one of those mini-tubs that is fine for bathing children but not for an adult. The drain plug did not work so I was not able to keep the water in anyway.
We really just had a snack at the breakfast "bistro" but it was pleasant and the menu had a good selection.

It was a good location for our activities.
Pros:

Good location. Nice room.

Cons:

Size of room was not convenient for a family of four. The sofa bed was not a double.
