This is our last morning here, and unfortunately we have no hot water. I went downstairs to speak with reception and was advised that the issue will take a further 2–3 days to resolve. I was also told that the problem actually began three days ago, although we did have hot water yesterday.
Unfortunately, the staff have not been very helpful beyond offering apologies, and no practical assistance or resolution has been provided. I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled.
On our first night, we also experienced an issue with the bedside lights flickering. A technician attended the following day but advised they were unable to identify a fault.

There is no à la carte option for breakfast -
Only a buffet option, which is an expensive option if you only want a simple breakfast such as scrambled eggs on toast.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Excellent location. Staff immediately helped to solve the problem of air-conditioning in room not heating properly.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping in a hole. Struggled to role over during the night because it's so sagged.

Our toilet smelled quite bad the entire stay since we entered the room. There where some short black hairs caught in the shower head I needed to remove before I went shower, it was pretty gross.
