Front desk staff were excellent
Pros:

Front desk was excellent. Room 810 was warm overnight as the fan wasn’t working as it should at 18degrees (high fan speed). TV was on & off so we couldn’t watch tv for the rugby game that Saturday night

Cons:

Tv & room heating/cooling to be looked at .. and Prime car parking was good for $25. But I struggled to fit my car in the tight car parking spaces

The birthday surprise was my partner was very special and very much appreciated! Plus accommodating 2 different parties arriving was fantastic, very easy and helpful

Cons:

The rooms were tired and poorly decorated/ I pulled the curtains and wondered if it was art or a scene of a crime! (It was supposedly art). Air conditioning was not working properly room was hot and stuffy.

Not the best Novotel I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

It is centrally located.

Cons:

The interior is a bit tired. Scruffy lifts, rooms need refurbishing for price paid. Beds and pillows very floppy, aircon insufficient, passages and interior decor rather grim.

Comfortable basic accommodation. If all you want to do is sleep then its ok. Good for a pre flight stay.

Cons:

The property is tired and needs a refurb. Very few amenities including needing to ask for fresh milk. No good if you find it difficult to navigate a bath tub to get in the shower. Staff were perfunctory and hard to find.
