Pros:

Kind staff, easy to navigate and in a great location for walking to facilities all around

Cons:

The beds are quite small, no windows for air flow and the air conditioner doesn’t do too well, no sink to wash or get water (apart from the bathroom sink) but some cultures do not drink or wash dishes with bathroom water

Great location
Pros:

Central location once you go down the lift you are next door to the cable car, a short walk to the quay. The lift to get you down to the Main Street is excellent. 24 hour reception is great, very helpful. Car park located right next door.

Cons:

Rooms are basic but clean.

Comfy stay and great location
Pros:

Good location, lovely staff and super comfy bed

Cons:

A few grubby / old areas of the hotel. Plug socket on desk didn’t work
Shame that the lift you get from the lobby near Chemist warehouse is so grubby

Pros:

room was fine. My original room was not ready, and I was moved to a king bed room.

Breakfast was very simple - limited choice on offer.

Location was good, but there are other options too nearby.

Cons:

Better breakfast options. Consistent messaging from reception staff regarding refund for unused breakfast vouchers.

Pros:

Clean sheets and towels every day for 4 days
Prompt repair to faulty light
Reception staff attentive and responsive
Good access to parking next door and good outside parking access for load / unloading
Really good restaurant with excellent meals

Cons:

Outside of windows very murky
Staff in restaurant very reluctant to turn music off so at least 20 patrons could listen to commentary on rugby match on Saturday night when no other patrons were there
No SKY in rooms
Plug cover in shower loose in room 413.....forgot to tell staff about that

I have a personal preference for having a window to open and that's on me to check for that in future

Great location. Separate hotel lift takes you down to Lambton Quay, straight to shops, supermarket and Cable Car.
