I will definitely keep going over there its been quite and close to everything I need

The cleaning crew is doing an excellent work.

Cons:

The front desk staff are not really friendly but they’re two which makes a difference the younger ones and another white woman working in the morning.

Other than the sofabed’s mattress , I was satisfied with everything else. Thank you!

I like everything else beside the sofabed

Cons:

Did not like the sofa bed because it stained with blood. The mattress needs to be replaced.

It was excellent the Manager was great and very pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok if you're only grabbing something light. But not something that I would eat every day.

The breakfast is boring. The same menu for five days.

My room had a small refrigerator
Location was good for shopping.

Cons:

The room was only cleaned every three days. We had to get fresh towels from front desk. Front desk staff was not helpful or knowledgeable about giving directions to places.
The first time the room was cleaned, the service was poor. The second time the maid did a much better job
I was overcharged for the room. When I booked on Booking.com the cost for five nights was $523.47. Comfort Suites charged me $577. There was also a fee for parking, $10 per night.
The towels were dingy and old.
The bedsheet was torn
