Value for money.
Pros:

The environment is satisfying, hot water, wifi, continental breakfast. It contained the basic amenities that added to your comfort. The air conditioning worked excellent.

The elevator operated far too slow.

The location and the staff were good.

Cons:

The cable didn't work when we checked in, there was a stain on the sheet, the lock screws were unscrewed like someone was tampering with it. We had to call for maintenance 2 times. The bed had a huge sink hole in the mattress in the middle of the bed. Room 119. Hope they sort it out and fix the lock screws.

I’m dealing with a dispute now between booking.com and your hotel. I canceled second night never rec

This property is advertised as the being Tamarac/Sawgrass. But, is not in Sawgrass it’s in Tamarac. So it’s misleading.

Cons:

I asked for queen sized accommodations and was giving a full size accommodation. The hotel was not walking distance to Sawgrass Mall. Advertisement is misleading. Please take Sawgrass off your advertisement. I now have a dispute with your hotel and Booking.com. I had two nights stay, I canceled the second night and never received a credit. I called your hotel the manager advised me a credit was issued to a Mastercard I guess with Booking.com. I called Booking.com and they are telling me that your hotel never issued a refund and is refusing to answer their emails. So this matter has not been cleared up yet. My stay was from August 9 to August 11. Please issue my credit. Please check your Emails from Booking.com to resolve this matter. Because I was disputing the full amount for the false advertising and not receiving the accommodations I requested.

It was Fair but I would say 3-star
Pros:

The free breakfast started on time

Cons:

They started charging $5 after 2 packages even if you had 6 people in the room which makes no sense, the chairs need to be clean, it shows me that the workers doesn’t take any pride in maintaining this hotel. Plus the laundry room is not operational. How?? It’s a hotel, at least keep it maintained.
