I think the staff could be more kind to the guests, they don’t look happy, no smiles on their faces

I would never stay again ! This hotel is in major needs of maintenance.

The location

Cons:

The room was very noisey . I had a ground level floor and the ac blowers were outside the room window and it made noise all night - I didn’t sleep at all so I cancelled my stay the following day and move to another location . The hotel home needs major repairs done . The plugs seemed not to be workn properly , I had to unplug them and reset switch to get lamp & microwave to work . The shower curtains were old and soiled , the bathtub seems like it needs to be change or repainted rather than puting a plastic covering on the floor .

A great experience with staff and location. I recommend to all my friends and family
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location I find to be awsome it is central to every thing I need. I am there twice a year won't change it for no other hotel.

Cons:

A few times I visit there was an elevator issue.
