Pros:

Die Zimmer verfügen über Hartboden statt Teppich, was für Allergiker grundsätzlich ein Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Waterloo zweckmäßig.

Cons:

Trotz fehlendem Teppichboden trug die Klima- bzw. Belüftungsanlage spürbar Partikel ins Zimmer ein; ich hatte am Morgen als Allergiker deutliche Beschwerden. Das Abschalten der Anlage und Lüften über das Fenster war keine Alternative, da sich Mitarbeiter bereits gegen 7 Uhr direkt unter dem Fenster zum Rauchen und zu lautstarken Gesprächen versammelten – der Rauch zog dabei ins Zimmer. Aus deutscher Vergleichsperspektive entspricht das Haus eher einem Zwei- als einem Drei-Sterne-Niveau.

Bien situé, calme, personnel agréable

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de place pour les vêtements et les rangements sont en hauteur. Pas de mouchoirs en papier dans le distributeur et serviettes et tapis de bain oubliés par terre.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable

Cons:

la nuit, on entend beaucoup les gens qui passent dans le couloir. Un homme est entré dans notre chambre, d'autres personnes ont frappé à la porte et on entendait ceux qui frappaient aux autres portes

Acceptable.
Pros:

Decent room, free parking, DC chargers.

Cons:

Noise. I got a room with window towards the street and the venting system installed on the window couldn't be closed, so all car noise from outside could be heard.
The same system was bringing very cold air (caught cold nights in Belgium), forcing me to try to use heating which I am not sure it worked, because I tried using it on 26-27Celsius. In the end I wasn't cold, but not warm either.
