its a timeshare more than a proper hotel
Pros:

the space of the room, was large

Cons:

there was no cleaning service for the rooms for any of the nights, something that was never indicated in the reservation process. rooms and hotel is outdated too.

Pleasant.
Cons:

They have changed policy from the previous year, limited towel usage, rules for the pool. Just overall decline. Decors starting to wear. Appliances showed rust. Lovely place but showing its age.

Great location and nice remodeled building with friendly staff.
Pros:

The distance to the beach water front was short. The board walk was well maintained and had a feet washing/shower area that was easy to use.
The water proof wrist band key access is very nice.
The front desk staff were cheerful and personable.
On-site restaurant was casual and friendly. Bartender was nice too.
Balconies were spacious.
Kitchen equipped nicely.
There were quite a few covered parking spots.

Cons:

Solicitation for time share presentation under the guise of a free welcome gift.
The back bedroom with the window facing the hallway was noisy with echoes of other guests and mechanical noise all night. It also had an unpleasant smell. It looked clean enough and we couldn’t locate the source of the odor.
They don’t stock shampoo and conditioner and you have to ask for it at front desk.

Nice and relaxing with lots of smiles
Pros:

I liked having two bedrooms living room and full kitchen. A beautiful huge pool and they have tennis Jacuzzi basketball ping-pong, shuffleboard all types of things for people to do and it’s located right on the beach. There is a view of the ocean and a balcony.

Rude staff , We will not come back

Parking , elevators broken , all staff was rude and not helpful especially the front desk workers ,the bald man very rude would only allow one cart so we had to make multiple trips claiming 60 other people were leaving only us and one other ,shower pressure was below average

Pool was large and plenty of shade
Room was spacious clean and super comfortable
Location was close to all highlights
Highly recommend
Definitely would stay here again for the comfort, space and value

You may have to shake the bushes to get what you need.
Pros:

As compared with our last two years, this stay was a bit disappointing.Our room was musty smelling which caused us to wash the clean clothes we took home or air them outside. There was one dishcloth and one towel, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper shakers, only 2 dishwasher pods, one toilet paper and no facials tissues for one of the bedrooms. The TV is bolted to the wall and finding the port for our streaming device was not successful. When we tried to call, we discovered that the phone did not work. As I had brought 2 guests, it was a bit embarrassing to have to go about asking for these items. A shout out to Rich for finding the hidden port for the TV streaming device and for getting us a new phone as well as placing it in one of the bedrooms as the wall port did not work in the main room. The water fountain in the pool and the kids area jets were not working. The music at the pool at times was very too loud. The resort building, restaurant, and pool are very nice and I would recommend it for a stay but just know that due to some difference in operations or incompetence in housekeeping, you may have to shake the bushes to get what you need.
