Lovely location, quiet street so close to Paddington station. The hotel is easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was really easy. It was during the heatwave, 38 degrees outside, and the building and rooms were nice and cool. The building itself is beautiful. The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Really recommend.
Only small thing was there was a coffee machine and kettle but no milk, tea or coffee! Assume it had been forgotten to be stocked up. Other than that no problems. We just got a coffee at a lovely place up the road.

The facilities were spotless, beautifully organised, and smelled fabulous throughout — you could tell real care goes into the upkeep. The staff were faultless, attentive and genuinely warm, 10/10 service and hospitality. I arrived before standard check-in time, so I left my luggage at their sister hotel, The Westbourne Hyde Park, while I waited — the staff there were just as wonderful and made the whole process effortless.
The only downside is there’s no lift, but honestly the view from the room more than made up for the climb.

Air con in room not working. Hotel maintenance came to room, said he'd fixed it however still not working. Reported this to reception. Had an awful night due to lack of air con.
