Good location, clean, comfy room.
Pros:

Convenient location close to Paddington, Hyde Park and local tube access at Lancaster Gate. Clean room, quiet, comfy bed, fridge and tea coffee facilities as well as toiletries.

Cons:

Room a little cramped.

Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Room was basically a cupboard it was so small, walls are thin so people coming and going were heard and were loud, doors slamming in the night, barely slept!

Comfortable stay in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bathroom was compact but adequate for our stay. Our room had air conditioning which was very much needed in the hot weather. The room was cleaned and well equipped. Excellent value for money.

I had a very enjoyable experience and highly recommend The Crescent Hyde Park.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I needed assistance getting my luggage to my room, and they anticipated my needs even before I asked. The hotel was equipped with much-needed air conditioning and a fully equipped bathroom, armoire, and mini fridge. The view was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the street.

Cons:

The balcony door was not accessible to the balcony, most likely for safety reasons, but it would have been lovely to sip my tea on the balcony.

I would recommend this for an amazing stay. Perfect location.
Pros:

It was excellently decorated to a high standard with lovely products to use. Perfect venue where you could walk around.

Cons:

The only fault was there was no lift.

Great location for exploring London
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, close to two different tube stations but also close to a bus stop. We stayed for 4 nights. The reception wasn’t always manned but across the road in the sister hotel there were always staff available if needed, with very good service. They helped me with accepting a delivery from the airport with new luggage since mine broke, highly appreciated so I could enjoy my day in London! The rooms were small but cozy, good enough for two people. They were very clean and we really liked that we got new towels everyday, since it was so hot in London during our stay. The rooms had air condition, tv and a small fridge. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend!

Cons:

Only thing to mind would be that there is no elevator in the building. We had the luxury of getting our room only one floor above ground floor, so it didn’t bother us at all.
