Everything was wonderful! The staff helps with everything, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent! Very good hotel and very nice staff. 🙂

Pros:

Fantastic location; bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The pillows were old, flat & stained. The room was not well laid out - was a bit hazardous getting around the bed to the toilet at night due to a protruding wall. Would not suit people with mobility issues due to stairs, size of shower & room layout. Not much staff presence.

Não tem elevador , chegamos às 21:30 e demorou pra virem nos atender e levar as malas pro andar ! A limpeza deixa a desejar , durante a minha estadia não trocaram as toalhas e qdo fui pedir , vieram com toalhas erradas e a desculpa é q a pessoa não era housekeeper !

Clean, comfortable and in a convenient location on a quiet street.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and had very little space for any amenities or cosmetics and nothing to hang towels from. There was no space or hook even for the hand towel.

Great location for a short stay
Pros:

Great location, easily accessible to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate (Central line). We were able to check bags early (at a sister hotel across the road). The room was quiet, water hot, and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Be prepared for lugging bags up tight stairs. Thankfully, we were on the 2nd floor.
While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were flat - in need of replacement.
The room, and ensuite, was tight on space. Little hanging room, and nowhere to easily store bags.
