Pros:

It was clean and in a nice location. Very quiet at night. Close to two tube stations, so easy to get around.

Cons:

No elevator, even though we knew that when booking, but we still weren’t expecting to climb up to what felt like the 7th floor. Room and bathroom was extremely small (room 741), no place to put our luggage. Reception only open from 2-8 pm. House keeping came at very different times, sometimes at 9am, sometimes at 5pm.

Great location and the staff were genuine and not over the top nice. 5 stars from me.

Only a 1 night stay but good location, price point appropriate,
Pros:

Arrived very early baggage storage at sister hotel across road, absolutely no issue and staff more than obliging and delivered bags to door once checked in .

Cons:

We knew we couldn’t check in till 3pm but wasn’t expecting Reception to be closed

Sentralt og hyggelig strøk, fine og rene rom
Pros:

Komfortable, rene og moderne rom, lite støy fra gaten, lite støy fra ventilasjon. Sentral beliggenhet, mange spisesteder og butikker i gangavstand, kort vei til kollektivtilbud

Cons:

Savnet frokostmulighet de dagene jeg skulle på jobb og hadde kort tid, når jeg hadde fri var det flere koselige frokostkafeer like ved. Bygget har mange etasjer og ikke heis, men personalet er behjelpelig med å bære ved behov.
