It was an exceptional location close to the tube and Hyde park, without the hustle and bustle.

The location was perfect.

Even though we had a suite with a sofa couch and bed, there was little room to move around both.

Pros:

Everything was great! The location is really beautiful, you have many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby, the Hyde Park is 3 minutes away and the train station 10 minutes. The hotel is very clean and the staff is really helpful.

Excellent location
Pros:

The staff was excellent, and supported and tried to resolve all our requests. The location is amazing, so close to Hyde park, Paddington and Bayswater. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by.

Cons:

The room we were originally assigned was on the small side, with the sofa bed open there was no space to open our suitcases
The bathroom, while clean and modern is quite small but works. The staff was amazing and found us a bigger room the very next day.
