Perfect.
Pros:

Excellent location, nice big room, lovely staff, great beds and other facilities.

Cons:

There were a few knocks, scarpes, marks on the wall of the room that made it look a bit tatty. Not a big deal really. Also I thought there was supposed to be a hob in my room, unsure.

Nos dieron una habitación en la que el aire acondicionado no era suficiente (en días de mucho calor), pero al comentarlo, nos cambiaron a otra que funcionaba mucho mejor

Nice hotel by Hyde park
Pros:

Great staff. Excellent cleaning each day of room. Few minute walk to Hyde park. Short walk to Paddington station for trains and lots of tube lines. Near restaurants, bakery, small grocery stores.

Cons:

FYI the one bedrooms do not have a bedroom door that may be an issue for some ppl.

Cons:

Era previsto secondo i servizi la fornitura di angolo cottura. Al nostro arrivo era presente solo un microonde. Viste le nostre esigenze in termini di dieta e alimentazione la struttura era stata scelta appositamente per la presenza di angolo cottura e la possibilità di cucinare. Questa mancanza è stata una spiacevole notizia con risvolti non indifferenti in merito al nostro soggiorno a Londra, sia in termini organizzativi che in termini economici. Ho fatto per questo motivo reclamo e richiesta di rimborso completo che per ora viene ignorata dalla struttura.

Would definitely stay if I could stay on the top floor!!
Pros:

It was a real gem of a find!
The rooms were superb! Such a beautifully renovated old hotel.
Loved everything about it except maybe the pillows…

Cons:

We had constant noise through the ceiling on most nights and early morning checkouts 😩
We rang reception and they hopped straight onto it but one man told us there were wooden floors above us, so maybe not carpeted?? We were on the 3rd floor

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, and is situated on a very quiet street.
The hotel staff were outstanding — always welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Their excellent service and attention to detail truly made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
