Nice hotel in nice building, could use maintenance to unlock its full potential.

Nice and modern furniture. Location is very good, close to Hyde park, subway stations and Paddington station.

Cons:

The rooms could use maintenance. Damaged walls, bathroom had broken tiles and showed clear signs of leakage, the silicone sealant around the shower enclosure is worn and shows signs of mold. We had a leakage in the shower from the room above, which was taken care of nicely.

L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité du métro et de Hyde Park (2 min à pied). Les chambres sont très pratiques avec un coin repas. Propre et confortable et le personnel très reactif et sympathique!

Zentrale Lage zur Underground oder Busstation.
Zimmer waren geräumig.
Eingangsbereich sehr einladend.

Cons:

- Teppichboden im Zimmer
- Sauberkeit - die Zimmer hätten sauberer sein können.
- Fehlende Kochplatte - laut Bildern und Beschreibung sollte eine in der kleinen Küche vorhanden sein.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questo hotel e, ancora una volta, le mie aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Anche questa volta il soggiorno è stato perfetto: ambiente elegante, personale attento e disponibile.
La sua posizione è davvero fantastica, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana Lancaster Gate e a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Paddington, comodo punto di arrivo e partenza dei treni da e per Heathrow. Le camere sono dotate di prodotti da bagno, accappatoi e ciabatte. A disposizione clienti troverete inoltre una macchina da caffè e un bollitore per tè e tisane. Un hotel che conferma ogni volta la sua qualità e che consiglio assolutamente di provare!

Pros:

We were very pleased with our stay at Westbourne Hyde park! The location is very convenient, with easy access to the underground, making it simple to get around London and visit all the main attractions.
The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, polite and always willing to help.
We especially appreciated how helpful and responsive the team was when our flight was severely delayed due to the London ATC disruption. Despite the situation being completely beyond our control, the hotel was understanding, responsive and kept in touch with us throughout.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to London. Highly recommended!
