Excellent staff who turned a good stay into a great one – special thanks to Davide and Roberta!
Pros:

The staff were outstanding, especially Davide and Roberta. We experienced an unexpected issue during our stay, and it was resolved immediately with professionalism, kindness and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their excellent customer service completely changed our experience. I wish every hotel had staff like them.

Cons:

There is some room for improvement in the facilities, but the outstanding professionalism and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it.

Pros:

En general un buen hotel y aunque se encuentra fuera de la cd.sus accesos son muy rápidos.
El desayuno bien y tiene area para estacionar afuera gratis.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia em Milão. O hotel era extremamente confortável, limpo e bem localizado, mas o grande destaque foi a simpatia e a atenção dos funcionários. Toda a equipa foi extremamente acolhedora, prestativa e sempre disponível para ajudar, tornando a nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Sem dúvida, recomendamos este local e voltaríamos a ficar aqui numa próxima visita a Milão.

Pros:

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - vom Organisieren eines Parkplatzes in der Garage bis hin zum Anruf bei der Mautbehörde von Mailand (Danke an Massimo), um meine Frage auf Französisch zu stellen. Das Zimmer war groß, meine Töchter liebten es, das Fruehstueck war super und die Anbindung ins Zentrum mit Bus und Metro ziemlich unkompliziert. Würden hier immer wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank a das gesamte Team.

Hotel je čistý, moc příjemný personál. Dobré snídaně.

Cons:

Nelíbilo se mi akorát, že poslední bus z města jede ve čtvrt na 10 a pak už nic.
