Don’t stay here
Pros:

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

When we arrived the room was not as described, I ended up needing a 2nd room. Exposed wiring, paint smells, etc. 1st room one of the beds was collapsed. It was 3am and our plane was very delayed so no real choice.

Well situated and conveniently located for early morning flights

I was surprised that being an airport hotel situated a a few miles from the airport that a shuttle bus service was not available.

Pros:

Easy to get to from the airport. The staff was excellent. The facilities were clean. I felt very safe here.

Cons:

The facilities were very tired. Scrapes on the walls in our room. The shower curtain was inadequate. Everything needed a refresh.

Declining quality, will not stay again
Pros:

The property is close to where I needed to be for business

Cons:

Although the hotel is “non-smoking”, clearly people are smoking in here. The beds were very uncomfortable, with springs poking and the mattresses sagging on one side. The bathroom walls had some sort of dirty residue, and the shower towels were outside the bathroom, so if a person didn’t know this and plan ahead (we didn’t), there was no way to dry off while in the shower space. The walls were unbearably thin so we were able to hear the basic conversation of the people next to us, and their barking dog, to say nothing of the constant slamming doors in the hallway. Breakfast was unpalatable too. To top it off, the staff seemed more concerned with whatever was happening on their phones than helping guests. I’ve stayed here for the same event 3 years in a row, but the quality has steadily declined in those three years. Next year I will be staying elsewhere.

It was a little confusing because of construction driving in, but we managed to! The front desk gal Star, was wonderful to work with!
