Hôtel splendide très bien situé.
Pros:

Son accueil parfait. La disponibilité du personnel pour des petits services (eau, tire-bouchon 😇) et son originalité.
La vue sur le Sacré-Cœur grandiose de mon balcon.

Cons:

Il mériterait de petits rafraîchissement et une climatisation plus performante.

Definitely not 4 Star wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The bed and shower and the staff

Cons:

Room not as advertised no canopy over bed door handle to toilet kept falling off bedside light hanging off wall hair dryer didn't work although staff replaced it tea and coffee not replenished noise from outside buy earplugs from pharmacy across the street and tea coffee etc at supermarket definitely not 4 star hotel

Pros:

View was very nice. Directly on Sacre cœur. Decoration and details was like expected including front door. Location close to Moulin rouge.

Cons:

Smell in the room was not good. Parfums cannot make better. Jacuzzi was little bit broken but was working.

Кондиционер не работал хотя персонал обещал что уже исправили ситуацию, жара была 30+. Номера старые, потолок на четвертном этаже в спальне протекал, крышка унитаза поломанная! Перед чекином нам отказали в обычном походе в туалет и воде

Great location, otherwise barely average experience
Pros:

We really liked the location. Close proximity to metro, nightlife, good restaurants and cafes. Has a nice street view from the room, it's pretty active so it's been fun to watch.
Nice breakfast and shout out to the lovely lady working there. She was very attentive, kept replenishing the breakfast buffet, but also very polite, and welcoming.

Cons:

Huge issues re cleanliness. Smells of dust and damp carpet. Some parts of the room look like they haven't been vacuumed for months. Some areas of our carpet were constantly wet.
I know it's advertised as "spa" hotel but the bathroom was ridiculous. There's only the bathtub, no shower. The shower head does move but it's not very long so you have to get into some weird positions if you don't want to use the tub.
One of the biggest issues was about entering the hotel. The reception staff locked the door when they were needed elsewhere in the hotel. We were unable to enter the hotel in the middle of the day, despite ringing the bell and calling their 24/7 number that they gave. We had to wait at least 10 minutes. This happened more than once. I've never seen a hotel main door being locked in the middle of the day. This possibility was never mentioned to us when checking in either.

Great stay in Paris
Pros:

Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Central location made for east access to all tourist spots. Plenty of dining options, grocery stores and pharmacies very close.

Cons:

Found the lighting a little dim in our room. Made it hard to read a book.

Pros:

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Place Pigalle, mit Sicht auf Sacre Coeur und einem Cafe im Erdgeschoss. Metro ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Etwas laut auf Grund der Lage, aber das ist ja vorher klar.
Das komplette Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Da sieht man gern über quietschende Betten und andere Kleinigkeiten hinweg. Wir würden wieder dort absteigen.
