Pros:

Comodo uscita autostrada,staff alla reception molto cordiale,letti comodissimi

Cons:

La colazione,non ci siamo trovati x nulla bene... sarà che nel momento in cui siamo arrivati c'era comitiva di circa 80 persone.

Cons:

fanno ancora la copia dei documenti quando sarebbe vietato dalla legge... il personale non era informato.
lo saliscendi della doccia era allentato/rotto quindi non si poteva posizionare in alto.

Excelente opção perto de Verona
Pros:

Quarto excelente. Espaçoso, aconchegante. Maior do que eu esperava e melhor do que eu esperava. A acomodação é bastante confortável, mas o melhor com certeza é o café da manhã, excelente! Também fica em uma localização bem central, se estiver de carro, com certeza uma ótima opção para passear por Verona e região.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo é que a janela do meu quarto não fechava completamente, então pela manhã o quarto ficou mais barulhento do que o esperado. Mas de resto é tudo ótimo!

Ottima posizione per chi viaggia in macchina. Tanto parcheggio a disposizione e i letti con i materassi più comodi del mondo e con dei cuscini degni di essere chiamati cosi! Finalmente un riposo eccezionale.

Cons:

Riguarderei un po la colazione. Di varietà ce ne sarebbe anche ma troppo basica. La gestione della sala un po' lasciata a sé stessa e prodotti non proprio eccezionali. Noi avevamo la colazione compresa ma ho sentito che a parte costa 10 euro a persona. Li vedo troppi per una colazione così.

La struttura è grande

Cons:

Non so le loro 4 stelle da dove arrivino. Arredi vecchi e datati, attorno al sensore antifumo della nostra camera c’era attaccato del nastro carta, molto sicuro! La camera odorava di cibo vecchio, insonorizzazione pessima, sentivamo la camera accanto parlare tra di loro. Colazione sicuramente internazionale, ma gestita malissimo. Enormi tavoli da 15/20 persone , prodotti scadenti, inservienti che sparecchiavano continuamente sbattendo le stoviglie in una box facendo rumori da bombardamento! Per comunicare tra di loro si urlavano da una parte all’altra della stanza, tipo mercato. Al check out in reception c’erano molti ragazzi giovanissimi (punto a favore) ma non hanno saputo rilasciarmi la ricevuta di quanto speso, e poverini, non avevano nessuno a cui chiedere.
In soggiorno abbastanza stressante.
