Pros:

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo albergo, la camera era spaziosa e confortevole, ma credo che necessiti qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione, per il resto tutto ok come da prassi, posizione vicino all'autostrada, ottimo per gli spostamenti. Colazione buona. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il wi-fii non ha funzionato, anche se ero già registrato, qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione da fare (saliscendi doccia, muro camera).

Carino, ma alcune cose migliorabili
Pros:

La struttura è un po' datata, ma la stanza era grande e a mio parere molto carina. Pulita, bagno di dimensioni consone e completo di tutto.
Personale alla reception molto gentile.
Reception 24 ore su 24.
Parcheggio comodo e posizione perfetta per chi deve poi riprendere l'autostrada rapidamente.

Cons:

Purtroppo, con il caldo era saltata l'elettricità in tutto il quartiere (problema non dipendente dalla struttura), quindi l'ascensore era inagibile e noi eravamo al quinto piano.
La colazione, pagata a parte (10€) era di qualità a mio parere mediocre. Inoltre, dato il problema elettrico, non era possibile utilizzare l'erogatore del caffè, né quello delle bevande, né tostare il pane. Il personale di sala si è fatto un po' prendere dal panico, trattando a volte in malo modo alcune persone che chiedevano informazioni su quando sarebbe tornata disponibile l'erogazione. Inoltre, i tavoli erano tutti sporchi, pieni di piatti impilati e residui delle colazioni dei clienti precedenti.

Bien pour 2/3 nuits
Pros:

L’établissement est bien placé pour visiter Vérone et pour y passer 2/3 nuits. La literie est bonne.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est varié mais pas qualitatif, les personnes présentes au petit déjeuner était irrespectueuse, c’était sale et il y en avait partout. À notre arrivée un lit était cassé et les coffres fort ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons voyagé avec notre chien pour 10€ par nuit ce qui reste cher. C’est dommage puisque l’hôtel a du potentiel.

Nice hotel, rooms need updating
Pros:

The rooms were a good size, although they do need some updating. Staff were very nice and friendly and the food was good quality. ,

Cons:

There were many areas that needed attention with missing grout around the bath, we had a big hole in the ceiling by the door, air con with a mind of it's own and during breakfast there was a power cut so we couldn't finish breakfast or use the lift to check out. I understand that these things can sometimes happen but nobody came to tell us anything, they were just running around like headless chickens. Left the hotel still hungry and needing coffee.
