Clean, affordable, comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel staff were really nice! Our room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The rooms were a little out dated. Someone burned popcorn in the lobby and it set off the firealarm. There wasn’t much communication about evacuation & other people who called front desk shared the info about the burnt popcorn / fd saying we can stay in our room. But I decided to call personally after 5 mins and heard the fire trucks & front desk told us to come to the lobby.

Staff kind. Clean hotel. No bugs. Looks newer. 1 set of washer/dryer. Pool opened till 10p.

Good for an overnight stay
Pros:

Good location, close to the highway. Seems to be near a University with apparently quite some places to eat in the area.

Cons:

Hotel seems to be in need of a bit of TLC. We had dinner in the restaurant, seems to be a chain which we were not familiar with (as Europeans) which was just ok. Had breakfast at Pierce Street Bagel which is a few minutes away, highly recommended if your room does not include breakfast.

The complaint is not about the property itself; but there was half the hotel taken up by a police group doing a three day ride and one group was right next-door to us and another across the hall and we’re very noisy until midnight!! I called and complained to I believe her name was Sharon. She was polite. I asked her to go check. She said she listened for five minutes and they were quiet and they were for off and on this was around 11:30.
I asked if I could change rooms and it seems like it was gonna be a challenge because the different police squads were all over the hotel.
Future years they should put the police all on one floor and those that would like to be quiet or maybe on the third floor and the police are on the first floor so we don’t hear them if they decide to stay up late!!!!!

Not staying here again. Not worth the price tag.
Pros:

It's okayish.

Cons:

A little trashy for the price. Tacky covers in 2-star rooms to make it seem 3-star, but poorly. No complimentary coffee in the lobby is disgraceful.
