i had a little ant problem and there wasn’t any room cleaners unless we requested it

The parking was very very tight. We were double parked lucky with our friends behind us because if not you had to leave our keys with the front desk so they could move our/your vehicle when someone was blocked in.

Parking and they didnt have nearly enough bathroom linens on arrival. No ventilation system in the bathrooms as well so the room was a little moisture heavy the whole time.

Parking was super squeezed in in a small lot. I didn't have a comforter/blanket in my bed when I arrived and had to ask front desk for one.

Room was much smaller than picture indicates, cleanliness of floors and bathroom unacceptable. Had to clean both before we could use. Parking was inadequate, had to pay for my additional car. View outside of room featured a dumping area with different forms of wildlife in it.

Parking lot was very tight to maneuver in when full. One of our comforters was used and held a sour smell.

when we got there the room seemed fine but after flushing the toilet it started to overflow and come up back in the thanks and outside it was flown from a grease trap in the front of the building smelling like sewage when we brought to the attention of the place that we did not want to stay there no more they said they understood we asked if they had another room available they told us they didn't and that we'd be leaving they tried to keep our money and lied about all the things that we have brought to their attention.

no broom in rooms to sweep sand , room we got was different than room in pictures but still nice, parking was way too tight and a lot of people struggled, stairs are steep but okay

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the room did not match the photos advertised online. The property was outdated, poorly maintained, and not what we expected based on the listing.

There was a large hole in the window screen, so we couldn't even open the window until maintenance repaired it. The refrigerator never got cold and had heavy frost buildup on the back, which clearly suggested it wasn't functioning properly. An employee insisted the problem was caused by having too many items in the refrigerator, but even after removing most of them, it still failed to cool.

The room itself was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was barely enough space to walk between the beds and the wall without squeezing through. The TVs were outdated and frequently failed to work because of poor internet service. One of the lights in the room didn't work, and the light shade was damaged and never replaced. The overpowering smell of a cheap cleaning solution was unpleasant, and the bathroom looked worn down and uninviting.

Parking was another headache. The lot had numerous poles and very limited parking spaces, making it frustrating and difficult to find a place to park. While I understand this is a motel rather than a hotel, I still expected basic maintenance and a room that reflected the online photos. Even the gas grill closest to our room remained unusable after an employee replaced the propane tank.

Overall, the condition of the property did not match its advertising, and the numerous maintenance issues made for an uncomfortable stay.
