Large but needs updating
Pros:

Visited the conference center to attend a show in one of the ballrooms. Visited several Princeton Hotels. This one seems bit remote and in need of some renovations. It was a long walk from the front entrance to the conference center and I suspect there is parking that gets you directly. Large Hotel but w/o the hustle I see in many other hotels in the area. Ample parking which is good.

This hotel has seen better days
Pros:

Older hotel in a remote, wooded location. The grounds are nice but the hotel is showing its' age and needs a refresh. Pool is large and actually heated but has way too much chlorine. We left pool earlier than we wanted to due to the chlorine. No AC noted in the common areas, hallways and it was a warm, humid day. Thank God the AC in the room worked well and kept our room very cool. No AC at the indoor basketball court, hard to play ball when it's hot and humid. Bar area has a few games..foosball, pool table, corn hole. Hotel does not offer food or beverage service on Sundays so if you're here on a Sunday, you are driving to dinner. Room was clean but decor is dated. Plenty of free paking. 5 years ago this was a great hotel but it has gone down since then. Will stay elsewhere next time we are in this area.

Nothing fancy but comfortable for a stopover or a couple of nights.
Pros:

Location is convenient to explore the Princeton area and beyond, if you have a car.

Cons:

The swimming pool is a bit sad, given the location and space, an outdoor pool would be just fine.

Friendly Staff and Great Amenities
Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The property is large and beautiful, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the pool was nice, and the gym was well-equipped.

One area that could use improvement is the lake. It clearly needs better maintenance, which is unfortunate because the property itself is gorgeous.

One thing to keep in mind is that you will definitely need a car to get around, as the hotel is not within walking distance of most places.

Overall, I would stay here again.

Pros:

Location is good for access to Mercer Lake

Cons:

The bar service was very poor, they ran out of basic items like glasses and drinks mixers, only one beer on tap, Guinness, which they had to serve in a wine glass as they had no beer glasses!
