A localização é ótima, bem em frente à feirinha. O hotel tem um nível de conforto ok e a limpeza boa.

Cons:

Eu esperava mais do hotel, é bastante antigo, a área do café da manhã é um pouco barulhenta (teto muito baixo). O estacionamento é pago e fica na rua lateral.

Pros:

La cercanía a la playa sobre la costanera y en una zona muy linda de Fortaleza.

Cons:

El gym era muy chico, no mas de 3 personas sino es incomodo, y además tenía rotó el asiento de la bici, idem la máquina multifuncional qué la parte de sentadillas estaba desarmado el sistema de agarre. Otro punto a mejorar es la oferta gastronomíca, es muy básico y no hay opciones de platos elaborados.
