Convenient location but the faulties were very dirty. The floor in our room looked like it was never cleaned.
Pros:

Location was perfect for why we came to stay. We were 5 min from our competition site. Lots of late night snack drive through close by but not many restaurants

Cons:

Our room was extremely dirty. We walked into crushed chips on the floor and a lot of clumped up dust bunny is place s that some doesn’t think people check. The bathroom wallpaper as bumbling off the wall.

Never again at this place!
Pros:

Some staff members were very attentive and willing to address issues.

Cons:

Paper thin walls and loud neighboring room made Saturday Night THE WORST STAY I have ever had at a hotel/motel/b&b!
Orgasmic Screaming off and on until 3:30 a.m.
I left a message with Management and e-mailed my dissatisfaction - still have not received a reply. I will never book a Holiday Inn or IHG again. I also will be looking at other travel sites instead of Booking.com for my future travel.

Sunday Night was Ok. Rate it a "5".

Not good. Wouldn’t be back.
Cons:

The manager was incredibly rude during check in. We had requested at least 2 weeks ahead that we’d like an early check in because we had to be at a wedding an hour after check in. We called the morning of to confirm we’d be able to arrive around 1:30 and were told by a female staff member that would be fine. When we arrived the manager told us we wouldn’t be able to check in early. We asked if there was anything he could do to accommodate us and he said very rudely no and that the check in time was for 3.

The bathroom door in our room was broken and wouldn’t shut fully and lock, there was no way to plug the bathtub so I couldn’t take a bath, and the breakfast bar was always decimated and the juice machine was always out of service. At one point I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for earplugs and they said staff hadn’t refilled them at the front desk so I wasn’t able to use them.
