Se estropeó el aire acondicionado y pasamos una noche fatal, en pasillos y ascensor nos asábamos como pollos y en la habitación ya rematamos , en la bañera había pelos y el grifo con marcas de cal de no limpiarlo en tiempo, se me olvidó una bolsa en la habitación, dentro del armario, y nos confirmaron que no quedó nada, todo regalos, a alguien le vino genial

Resevar con AMEX pero No poder pagar con la misma y tener que hacerlo con VISA al cobrarles menos comisión.

Very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Room was a good size, comfy bed, shower was powerful, parking was just round the corner from the hotel and easy to find.
Location was great within walking distance of all we wanted to see.
We only had the one night in Jerez and realised that we need more time there to do it justice so are returning in March for longer and will definitely stay at Jerez Centro again.
There was nothing we didn't like, it would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it's not a deal breaker and doesn't put us off returning to this hotel.

Schöne, große Zimmer, großer Schrank, kleiner Kühlschrank, alles sehr sauber und viel Platz. Sehr freundliche Damen an der Rezeption. Tolle Lage in die Stadt.
