I made a reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel subsequently sent a direct link, email, and message requesting full payment prior to the stay, despite the reservation already being secured via the platform.

I received multiple impolite communications. It is evident from WhatsApp and email exchanges that this process deviates from standard Booking.com procedures. The staff provided inadequate assistance, Wi-Fi was unavailable, and I suspect we were bitten by insects during the night, as I awoke with intensely itchy, red ankles.

I will not be patronizing any RH hotel in the future, and I anticipate contact from a Booking.com representative. A refund or compensation would be highly appreciated.

Gran hotel en pleno centro de Jerez
Pros:

Es un gran hotel! Todo limpio y organizado. El trato exquisito y tiene de todo lo que se le puede pedir a un hotel en pleno centro de Jerez. Aparcamiento en la propia calle o si no en su propio parking y un lugar señorial.
