This hotel does not care for the guests

Cons:

Nobody at the reception at 22:00. Self check-in did not work, machine could not print room key. Had to make phone calls from my own phone and wait for external help and could not access my room when I arrived. Bad experience - how can a hotel leave the reception without anyone?

Lokalizacja w centrum, ale w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Śniadanie w cenie to duży atut. Kawa i herbata w lobby hotelowym do dyspozycji gości bez ograniczeń. Nocowaliśmy w przestronnym apartamencie Julie Ege.

Parking płatny od 9:00 do 19:00. Jest możliwość płacenia aplikacją easy park.

Cons:

Der Check-in ohne Personal war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und hat auch funktioniert. Leider war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer überhaupt nicht akzeptabel: Die Fenster waren kaputt und dadurch war es im Zimmer entsprechend kalt. Ich musste mich anschließend lange telefonisch mit dem Problem auseinandersetzen, bis wir schließlich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Dafür waren mehrere Telefonate notwendig, und jedes Mal war ein anderer Mitarbeiter am Telefon – vermutlich ein Callcenter irgendwo weit entfernt. Auch das neue Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich besser. Das Fenster war zwar nicht kaputt, aber die Dichtungen waren offensichtlich erneuerungsbedürftig. Da im Flur außerdem dauerhaft eine Lüftung lief, entstand durch das Fenster die ganze Nacht ein störendes Pfeifgeräusch. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings sehr einfach und rustikal. Insgesamt leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
