sentralt i Sandes sentrum . kort vei til alt. Bra sted å være

sentralt , kort vei til butikker, buss og tog. God frokost , godt brød og pålegg . Små muffins var kjempe gode . steke vaffler til frokost. Personale under frokosten var hyggelige . Mulighet for å vaske klær

Cons:

omeletten kune vært bedre . hørte godt når andre gjester gikk og kom , til og fra rommene. Hadde rom i toppetasjen 6 etasje, måte ta heisen til 5 etasje og gå opp 1 etasje . (kan være litt tungvindt dersom 1 har ekstra bagasje med deg ). går fint dersom 1 ikke har altfor mye begasje med seg -

store problemer m innsjekk ved ankomst sent på kvelden
skjermene virket tilsynelatende ikke som de skulle - og for dårlig informasjon / rettledning
ringte et oppgitt nr for hjelp/support - ingen svarte
vi var to gjester som ankom samtidig den kvelden, vi hadde begge samme problemene
fikk etter lenge hjelp av en annen gjest som bodde på hotellet
kastet bort mye tid på denne negative opplevelsen
