Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:
Limited amenities (no hotel restaurant, poorly stocked bar)
Some rooms noisy or with poor view; occasional upkeep issues (outdated shower, floor/wardrobe)

Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (’molto pulita’, 'very clean') and renovated bathrooms, though some older flooring/wardrobe issues were noted; overall very positive.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and multilingual at check-in/out; one note about reduced personnel but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9.5
Consistently highlighted as excellent/central (near metro, Altstadt, 100m from Ayuntamiento); location is a major strength mentioned across many reviews.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as very spacious and comfortable (Junior Suite, large beds) and some bathrooms renovated, but some rooms face a wall, have noise issues or show signs of older flooring/shower fittings.
Amenities
7.5
Limited amenities noted: no full-service restaurant beyond breakfast, bar poorly equipped, parking/garage can be difficult to find; amenity offering seen as a relative weakness.
Value for Money
8
Mixed signals: many find the hotel luxurious and recommendable, but several guests found the price a bit high or relatively expensive.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast repeatedly praised as abundant, varied and tasty across many reviews; a few minor comments about some warm dishes being lukewarm or dining room temperature.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall sentiment is very positive with many recommendations and statements of intent to return; minor issues noted do not outweigh generally excellent stays.

Pros:

otelin konumu, temizliği, personelin güler yüzlülüğü çok iyiydi. HErşeyden memnun kaldık

Cons:

booking in ücretsiz havaalanı taksisi vardı. rezervasyonumuzda 2 yaş 6 aylık çocuğumuz olmasına rağmen bizi gelen araç çocul olduğu bildirilmedi dedi ve bizi almadı. Bookingin eksikliği oldu. 35 euro ödeyerek otele kendimiz ulaşmak zorunda kaldık.
