Pros:

La propreté et l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

Il manque notamment une Smart TV ainsi qu’une machine à café à capsules en chambre. Mais surtout, la connexion Internet est extrêmement mauvaise. Il est pratiquement impossible de travailler correctement ou même de passer un appel téléphonique sans coupure. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles situé en plein centre-ville, c’est vraiment décevant.

Autre point négatif : les rideaux ne sont pas suffisamment occultants. La lumière extérieure passe facilement, ce qui est assez gênant, surtout le matin et pour les personnes qui souhaitent dormir dans l’obscurité.

J’ajouterais également un point très décevant : les fauteuils sont extrêmement inconfortables, avec une assise très dure, presque comme du fer. Je me suis assise dans le fauteuil situé en face de la réception et j’ai eu immédiatement un très gros mal de dos. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, ce type de mobilier mériterait vraiment d’être amélioré.
