Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, kényelmes, tiszta belvárosi hotel, pompás reggelivel
Pros:

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés; tisztaság; kényelmes, tágas szoba és fürdőszoba; pompás reggeli; figyelmes személyzet. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a hangszigetelés hibátlan, így kiválóan lehet pihenni, aludni a hosszú séták, mozgalmas programok után. A szobában a légkondícionáló egyénileg szabályozható, kiválóan működik. Külön kedvesség, hogy a recepciónál mindig van kitéve hőtött, gyümölccsel ízesített ivóvíz és friss popcorn.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában semmiféle szellőzés nem volt, és sajnos néha még a szennyvízszag is feljött. A szobában az ablakot csak reggel lehetett kinyitni, mert később már büdös áradt be, így a szellőztetés itt is meghíusult. Kilátás nincs (kb. 2 m-re van a szomszéd fal), de ez nem zavart, mert csak a pihenést töltöttük a szobában.

It was really good. The staff paid a lot of attention me and my goings-on.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. There were some very good out of the ordinary items which made this a good choice for eating in the hotel versus hunting for a place to eat breakfast early in the morning. The staff was very efficient in the kitchen. As soon as I was finished with a plate, with utensils at 5:20, the plate disappeared very smoothly in a quick move. That’s more than efficient, it’s professional with training and experience. I am happy to see that kind of performance. Even though it may seem like a trivial thing, it shows how the management has hired the right people and trained them well. I noticed that the manager has eyes on all that goes on in the dining room and is an active participant in the service, occasionally picking up plates and speaking to the staff about what’s going on, and they respond rapidly. Also, the entire dining staff is always aware of the guest needs. Enough said. They are great.

מיקום מרכזי . מרחק הליכה לכל האתרים המרכזיים. נתנו את החדר כבר בעשר וחצי בבוקר ושדרוג לחדר גדול יותר ללא תוספת תשלום .

Cons:

החדר פונה לחזית. למי שמאד רגיש לרעש כדאי לבקש חשר עורפי.

Rozważając wszystkie za i przeciw, hotel zdecydowanie na duży plus.
Pros:

Uprzejmość, zaangażowanie w rozwiązywaniu problemów wszystkich osób pracujących w recepcji, chęć do pomocy, empatia. Jednak przede wszystkim wielki szacunek dla Pani/Pań sprzątających codziennie pokój. Dla nas rewelacja!!! A byliśmy już niejednokrotne w Hiszpanii i różnie to wyglądało. Dla nas roztoczony parasol opieki nad gościem przez cały personel zasługuje na najwyższe uznanie. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z dużym wyborem.

Cons:

Rezerwując pokój nie na ulicę, tylko do wewnątrz obiektu nie spodziewaliśmy się, że widok z okna będzie tak fatalny. Dodatkowo pracująca non-stop dmuchawa na dachu innego budynku zakłócała ciszę przy otwartym oknie. Oczywiście to nie wina hotelu, ale warto o tym gości uprzedzać. Mimo, że nasz pokój był na 3 piętrze, to w środku było w ciągu dnia ciemnawo. Może to zaleta w upalne dni?
