We unfortunately traveled for a family funeral. Waited at the front desk for the night clerk who turned out to be quite rude. Not appreciated after a very hard day.

Everything was immaculate and I am very particular about cleanliness! I accidentally left a medical device in the room and the staff was amazing by keeping it safe for me until we were on our way home. Thank you so much.

IT SERVED ITS PUROSE
Pros:

Breakfast was good. There were good options, but I heard several guests talking about how the eggs were egg whites, I assume from a carton. Good old fashioned, scrambled eggs would have been great. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

Cons:

We couldn't find a happy medium with our air. It was either too cold, or too warm. The only working ice machine was on the first floor. The elevator made a horrible screeching noise when you used it. Only one of our room keys worked the entire time we were there, and we went to the front desk twice to have them reset. It rained nearly every day.
