Walls are so thin, can hear people walking up and down the stairs plus vacuuming at 6am. Some stains on the carpet otherwise bed is comfortable

Worth the money, be careful of your soroundings
Pros:

The hotel was a good price it was wierd having two bunk beds in a room I have never seen a room like that outside a hostel, but it was fine

Cons:

Really bad area lots of drug addiction crazy people pimps drug dealers right outside the door, not that you can help that a lot of Sanfransisco is bad now, I would definitely stay here again but maybe with another adult not me and two teens

Nice hotel. Big king room. Clean and comfortable. Great location. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. I would definitely stay there again.
I especially want to mention the receptionist, Asal Mirab. She is absolutely wonderful — very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help or answer any questions. Truly an amazing person.

Excelente hotel, hermoso edificio, excelente ubicación (de día).
Pros:

El hotel era muy cómodo, tenía espacios varios para estar, como una especie de oficina, un living, una cocina, etc. Los muebles eran hermosos!

Cons:

La zona es muy céntrica, y de noche (tipo 9) me dio un poco de miedo de salir a la calle. Se pone medio picante la zona. Igual no nos pasó nada, pero bueno.. hay que tener cuidado sobretodo cuando cae el sol. De día es divino. Super bien ubicado.
