الفندق بكل تفاصيله كان فوق التوقعات، من الإطلالة الخيالية والأجواء الجميلة إلى مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. الموظفون في قمة الذوق والاحترافية والترحيب، وخلّوا إقامتنا مميزة من أول لحظة إلى آخر لحظة.

الإطلالة فعلًا لا توصف، وأجمل بكثير على الطبيعة. الغرف، الموقع، الخدمة والأجواء بشكل عام كانت رائعة جدًا.

بكل صراحة، من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها، وأكيد راح أكرر التجربة بدون تردد. أنصح فيه جدًا لأي شخص يزور سانتوريني. 🤍

Everything about this hotel was exceptional — the breathtaking views, the beautiful atmosphere, the incredible service, and the attention to every little detail. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and they truly made our stay feel special from beginning to end.

The view is simply unreal and even more beautiful in person. The rooms, the service, the location, and the overall experience exceeded all our expectations.

Honestly, one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would come back without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. 🤍

netter Ort und Umgebung, krasses Missverhältnis von Preis-Leistung für Leading Hotel of the world
Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht auf die Caldera waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer nicht mehr mit neuster Ausstattung, ältere Möbel, billiges Klappbett für 3. Person, Rost an der Duschglasabtrennungsschiene und Toilettenbürsten. Ältere laute Klimaanlage. Von einem Leading Hotel of the world erwartet man viel mehr, insbesondere bei dem hohen Übernachtungspreis !! Das Frühstück wurde a la carte im Zimmer serviert, die Qualität ok, wenig Ausfall, wieder nicht was man bei dem hohen Übernachtungspreis erwartet und woanders bekommt.
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte insgesamt absolut nicht!
Die tolle Lage mit Aussicht haben auch andere Hotels dort, deutlich moderner und günstiger

Eine der schönsten Anlagen mit instatauglichen Motiven und mit dem besten Blick auf die Chaldera
Pros:

Mega Lage im Hang mit einem Ausblick, von dem man sich den ganzen Tag vom Pool aus nicht sattsehen kann. Aber: man hat keinen direkten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Den kann man am besten ein paar Schritte ortsaufwärts vom Hügel aus beobachten.
Tolle Zimmer, jedes anders geschnitten, alle einzigartig, tief in den Felsen gehauen.

Cons:

Alles einzigartig und wunderschöne Anlage. Da kommen auch die ganzen Influencer her, um den großartigen Anblick von oben zu fotografieren.

When Nature & people are both great, you in for a great holiday !
Pros:

The hotel is immaculate. The views are stunning. The breakfast is great but nothing greater than the attitude of the staff, every one of them is just a joy to talk to. They are natural & genuine & will do anything to make your stay comfortable

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for a Leading Hotels of the World property. The rooms were dirty and extremely humid — the pillows literally felt damp, the bedsheets had stains, there was no hot water in the shower, and even the jacuzzi in the room had no hot water, so the only way to properly wash was using the bathtub. The kettle in the room was black inside. At the pool restaurant, the card terminal did not work despite three attempts to pay, so we were told to settle the bill at check-out. During check-out, the receptionist spent around 15 minutes repeatedly printing incorrect invoices, and then we discovered they added items we never ordered, including a Coca-Cola. Even after explaining this, they insisted we had to pay because I had signed the receipt without noticing the extra charge. The most shocking part was the forced tip — I clearly stated I no longer wished to leave a tip after this experience, yet they still insisted on charging it because I had signed earlier. Tips are voluntary, not mandatory. The entire check-out process took around 45 exhausting minutes while we kept hearing “the manager is coming,” but no manager ever appeared. Even something as simple as tea became ridiculous: first they brought only tea bags, and only after I asked where to get hot water did they finally bring a kettle, which was filthy inside. For a hotel associated with Leading Hotels of the World, this level of service and hygiene is honestly embarrassing.

war sehr nett aber man muss nicht wiederkommen
Pros:

Frühstück war gut aber nach dem dritten tag sehr monoton und alles am pool war absurd overpriced .. da kann man zwei Minuten aus der hotel anlage gehen und sich alles im shop selber holen

die dusche war offen wodurch sie überall hin spritzt .. es war immer alles nass
