I was disappointed with this Holiday Inn Express location 😒
Pros:

Loved the location and loved the minimal hotel staff (especially Andre at the front desk).

Cons:

I didn't like the very small, motel like bathroom in our room. Very weak water stream in the shower. The size of the bathroom was substandard, hardly any room to dress. The toilet was right in the middle of the extra small floor, the placement of the double toilet tissue rack was a huge hindrance as I hit my thigh on it more than once because of where it was placed. The AC system was a pain as you couldn't get a comfortable temperature, it was either too warm or too cold when it was on resorting to just turning it off. In my four days of staying there, I never once received housekeeping/ maid services. I never saw a maid on any floor which was puzzling to me. I had to call the front desk to request a bed/sheet change, fresh towels, toilet tissue and for our many bags of trash to be emptied...much to my disappointment, I was told that I would have to come down to the front desk to retrieve the towels and toilet paper because they had no one to bring it to our room...I was totally disappointed and irritated. This was unacceptable for the amount I paid and for this being a Holiday Inn. I have given my business to Holiday Inn for many years, but this was the last straw for me. I had two travel mates who also stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at 334 O'Keefe St. Their room was totally what I would expect our room to look like, especially the bathroom. It was huge, with a bathtub and shower. There was only one chair to sit in, and that was the desk chair.

ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Frühstück war komplett. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ein Fenster konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden.
