Location is great. People were very helpful.
Location was great and check in staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Genuinely seemed to care about guests, and breakfast was good both days.
The second floor hallway smelled like urine, with a strong deodorizer to hide the smell (?) Likely due to pets being allowed. Our room was pretty good but the fridge exterior had not been cleaned (I had to clean it myself)

Stayed here for 4 months and highly recommend. Rooms are equipped with full kitchen, buffet hot breakfast off lobby that even has waffle maker . The best part is the staff- everyone really cares about delivering best service and making every guest feel welcome. The front desk staff were always helpful and welcoming. Great location near UCF, highways, markets and shopping. Especially like the nearby Waterford Lakes for food and shopping. Thank you to Joey and all the staff! The superintendant was always amazing if i ever needed help with the appliances or any thing else! Thank you Inmanica for helping me find the best foodie restaurants in Orlando! Thank you Jessica for overseeing a great staff. Look forward to returning
My son graduated from UCF and we stayed there for his complete senior year. We were amazed at how nice everyone was there. The staff from top to bottom made us feel like we were at home. Jessica is a great General Manager who cares about all the guests. There is restaurants everywhere you look comment of choices. A kitchen in the room if you prefer to cook. Walmart and Publix are with a couple of miles. It was a very great experience and I highly recommend this for short or long term stay!
A simple hotel with a recent upgrade, with a fantastic team, from reception to cleaning staff. Everyone has a smile on their face and is dedicated to making your stay the best possible in every way. Congratulations to the front desk team, the management and assistant management, the kind and attentive cleaning ladies, and the maintenance gentleman. Thank you all very much.
Really not much to share. Standard hotel. The front desk staff were very unprofessional. Inminca chose not to stick to the typical script but felt some sort of way towards my name and Ethnicity and therefore opted to ask some super weird questions before I was allowed to check in. If it wasn’t about race it was about religion. But my room did get cleaned consistently. It would be nice to have a clean room without the discrimination. That should be the standard.
