perfect for enjoying the city central to everything, but the air conditioner unable to cool the room
Pros:

location was excellent. can't comment on the food, we didn't eat at the hotel.

Cons:

the weather was hot. the air conditioner couldn't cope - we left it on full bore day and night for the three days that we stayed and the room wasn't hot, but it certainly wasn't as cool as we would have liked.

Pros:

La posizione centrale dell'hotel. Vicinissimo ad ogni attrazione artistica. Spostarsi a piedi è stato semplicissimo ma anche con i mezzi si potevano raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le bellezze della città. Ottima colazione e abbondante, belle le camere e pulizia e servizi Doc.

Cons:

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Mi è piaciuto tutto e ci ritornerei volentieri.

צוות אדיב וסימפטי, נכון לענות על כל שאלה, שירות מהיר ,
ארוחת בוקר טובה, קפה טעים, נקי, חדר האוכל משקיף לרחוב אוצה ואצי.

Cons:

היה ריח תמידי של סיגריות בחדר,אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון ולאוורר (פתיחה קטנה ממש)
זרם המים באמבטיה חלש, קצת רעשים בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות בחדרים העורפיים

מיקום הכי טוב שיש. המיטה היתה לי נוחה, זרם נהדר במקלחת, מקרר קטן ופינת קפה. ארוחת בוקר מספקת בהחלט והמגשים תמיד מוחלפים תוך שניות מהרגע שהם מתרוקנים. הצוות אדיב מאוד ונתנו לנו את החדרים מוקדם מהצפוי. ממליצה על המלון.

הגענו בקיץ החם והמזגן לא מספיק חזק אם מגיעים בשיא החום, כמו כן, הוא הרעיש מאוד. נוסף לכך, בשיא העונה ייתכנו תורים לארוחת הבוקר. פעמיים חיכינו בתור מתוך חמישה בקרים בהם ניצלנו את הארוחה.

Great Location in the Heart of Budapest
Pros:

The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location right in the heart of downtown Budapest. This was our second stay, and the location was the primary reason we chose to return.
Overall, we had a good stay, but we felt that the quality of the service had declined somewhat compared to our previous visit a few years ago. While everything was satisfactory, it didn't quite match the experience we remembered.
The breakfast was decent, but the restaurant is quite small, which resulted in waiting times during busy periods. On our previous stay, the breakfast seemed more varied and of a higher quality.
There were also a few minor maintenance issues that were somewhat disappointing given the price, such as a shower that leaked slightly. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but together they gave the impression that the hotel is not being maintained to the same standard as before.
That said, the unbeatable location remains a major advantage and makes this hotel a convenient choice for exploring Budapest.
