This is my 5th time staying at this hotel, which says a lot about how satisfied I am with it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are always friendly and professional, making every stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations, and I had a pleasant stay.

המלון במיקום מרכזי אין רעש בחדרים. ארוחת בוקר טובה ביחס לאירופה. המלון נקי שרות הצוות מצוין.
מה שלא טוב שדלתות המלון ניסגרות בשעה 22:00 מרחוב ואצי אוצה וצריך להיכנס מהרחוב האחורי די רחוק מאזור הבילוי. זה מוקדם מידי הכי הגיוני שיסגרו בשעה 23:30 הגיוני מאד ביחס לבילוי באזור.

Excellent location right in the center of the shopping district and only a few minutes walk from the river.
The buffet breakfast was adequate but the half board evening meal was excellent, big portions of great food, compliments to the chefs.
We did have an issue during our stay with some difficult guests. All the staff stepped up to deal with an uncomfortable situation, this was much appreciated, thank you.

A long-time customer of yours, for the fourth time, during check-in there was an unsuccessful attempt by the employee - I was given a very small room with 2 doors, I did not get a shower as I requested, I travel a lot to hotels and know that this is an extra room that a family gets, after an unpleasant argument I got a normal room. Not a good feeling.
