No elevators in a 4-5 story building. Lobby is on 2nd floor. Staff were not particularly friendly. Rather cold.

Стильный, красивый отель, персонал доброжелательный и помогает во всех вопросах.

Cons:

В отеле нет лифта, но персонал помогает перенести вещи в номер и при регистрации отъезда. Потолок нашего номера требовал ремонта. Плохая звукоизоляция.

Wonderful post industrial conversion
Fantastic location, also close to subway
Love the hustle and bustle of Little Italy, China Town and SoHo, excellent beds
Spotlessly clean
Smells FANTASTIC
Beautiful flower arrangements and plenty of seats in the communal areas
The stars are the fabulous staff, they always go above and beyond to help, day or night.

Cons:

The stairs, it can’t be helped it’s an old conversion
But
The staff are fantastic at carrying g your luggage up and down

The rooms could do with the option to have slightly brighter lighting at times

Stylisch und Geschmackvoll
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nahe zur U-Bahn, das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Kofferaufbewahrung am An- oder Abreisetag ist möglich. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen und werde beim nächsten New-York-Trip bestimmt wieder dort absteigen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein, das ist für New York aber normal und kein Grund zum Meckern, ebenfalls sind die Preise hoch, aber auch das ist für New York mittlerweile normal und nicht zu ändern, unser Zimmer war durch die Tür sehr hellhörig, wenn man dann das Pech hat, dass andere Reisende erst spät und angetrunken ins Hotel zurückkommen und die Party dort weiter feiern, man selber aber schlafen möchte, ist das nicht förderlich, aber das ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels, sondern war einfach nur unser Pech.

Ubicacion excelente, no cuenta con ascensor!

Ubicacion excelente, cerca del Soho a precios de Midtown. Habitacion Limpia y comoda, hotel muy antiguo y bien ambientado.

Cons:

El hotel no cuenta con Ascensor y eso deberia estar MUY claro en la publicacion porque genera mucho disgusto al momento del chek in y pude verlo repetidas veces, no solo con mi caso. Colaboraron mucho con mi equipaje y nunca fue molestia subir las tres escaleras pero es algo que descubres al llegar y esta muy oculto en las ofertas web.

Pros:

Heel prettig front desk personeel. Uitstekende lokatie, dicht bij de winkels en restaurants en ook meerdere metro lijnen. Prachtig gerestaureerde en er is ook voor detail (geur bij binnenkomst, droogloopmatten op dagen dat het regende)

Cons:

De deuren vallen in het slot bij sluiten wat in de nachtelijke uren erg veel lawaai (kan) geven.
