Superb hotel, warm and friendly staff, comfortable stay, definitely recommended
Pros:

Hotel was well located, close to Termini station and very close to the metro station, and felt safe. Very warm, helpful, friendly and hospitable staff, a very important aspect for us.
Service was excellent, we had some problem with the flush, we called the reception, and someone attended to it within 3 minutes, and then got it repaired within 30 minutes.
Enough good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Rooms were very clean, spacious and well maintained, so were the bathrooms, and the overall hotel itself. Room had electric kettle, which was good for having hot water, tea and coffee, availability of refrigerator in the room was also helpful. Charging sockets near the bed were convenient. The hotel had a lift, so good to carry luggage to higher floors. 24 hour reception and luggage storage room were great facilities to have. Basically had everything as described under Property Facilities on booking.com.

Cons:

Price was slightly high, but we guess it was the onset of busy season and demand was really high, so can't blame the hotel for it. Other than this, absolutely no complaints

Very good hotel, comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean rooms, well maintained hotel, very friendly and warm staff, good availability of restaurants and grocery stores, quiet neighbourhood yet proximity to central station, metro and bus stops. Overall, great stay.

Pros:

Fuimos al hotel porque lo conocíamos de hace años y entonces estuvimos bien; está cerca de la estación central y un poco lejos de lo monumental pero, hay transporte. Ahora, reformado está muy bien todo. Antiguamente se podía desayunar en la azotea, ahora no, pero no es fundamental

Cons:

Que nos echen para las 10.30, no debiera ser en ningún caso antes de las 11, para andar tranquilos para recoger baggage tras desayuno.

Decepcionante, mi única mala estancia en Europa, esa categoría no corresponde a tres estrellas.
Pros:

Nada me gustó, solo el aseo es bueno. La única persona amable en el hotel es Daniel de recepción.

Cons:

Su Manager Olivia es pésima gerente, me caí en la alcoba porque hubo un escape de agua lo que me causó morados y una raspadura en la cadera y lo ignoro, a pesar del reclamo que hice, no le dieron ningún manejo a la situación, no ofrecieron alguna compensación por esto y nisiquiera me pidieron disculpas. De otro lado la comida del bufette del desayuno es de pésima calidad, no se entiende como estando ubicado en Italia, solo ofrecen queso en tajadas tan duras que parecen de plástico, yogures incomibles llenos de grasa, mantequilla, jamones de bajísima calidad, fruta en conserva enlatada y solo manzana naturales y kiwis partidos por la mitad, además de esto ofrecen variedad de tortas dulces y desconocen cualquier necesidad especial respecto a alergias al gluten o no poder consumir azúcar. En cuanto a la ubicación no es buena, si práctica, pero esa calle en qué se encuentra genera sensación de inseguridad porque deambulan habitantes de calle, hay locales vacíos y poco tránsito peatonal y de vehículos, los Uber no van hasta allí, Uber Eats no tiene cobertura en esa zona y si estás en el casco histórico difícilmente te aceptan la carrera hacia allá. El ascensor es insuficiente puedes tardar 15 minutos esperando que llegue y hay escalas empinadas para abordarlo. El lobby del hotel tampoco es muy agradable a la entrada hay una nevera que lo hace ver cómo tienda de barrio. No te ponen como en la mayor parte de hoteles en Europa un dispensador de jabón, shampoo o crema, dan unos frascos miniatura de mala calidad. Además como último punto si pides no arreglar la habitación o si quieres que el personal no entre a hacer aseo, te colocan sobre tu petición en la puerta que dice que se reservan el derecho a entrar cada 24 horas no entiendo porqué.
