Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camere eleganti, sempre pulite, curate, ordinate. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Servizio reception 24 ore su 24. Ottima colazione, molto abbondante con prodotti di qualità. A pochi passi dalla stazione Termini.

We visited Rome for a week and really enjoyed the sights and the city , but Hotel des Artistes did not live up to its strong historic ratings. Let’s be clear – this hotel is not the most expensive we’ve stayed in, but it’s not cheap.

The hotel does not have a bar, despite online photos suggesting otherwise, and we couldn’t find any actual bars within easy walking distance. The Wi-Fi isn’t truly free - you need to provide your personal details and accept terms & conditions that were only available in Italian. These we were told appear to allow full marketing use of your data and your telephone’s contact list.

The hotel also operates a parallel budget / hostel business (hostelrome.com), whose guests are all invited to use the main hotel facilities. Even reception is shared. If you compare the websites, you’ll see a lot of identical photos. There were no warnings about this prior to travel It was also not what we expected from a traditional hotel. Several website photos are outdated, including the rooftop terrace, which is far less attractive than shown.

Other small issues added up: missing satellite TV channels, constant noise from stone floors, and air‑conditioning available only at times when we were out.
Rome was wonderful, but the hotel seems to be transitioning into a hostel while still benefiting from old reviews. We plan to go back to Rome, but we’ll choose a different hotel next time.

Просторный номер, работает общая система кондиционирования. Чистота, без посторонних запахов.
Завтрак достаточно разнообразен, приветливая хозяйка буфета.
Есть комната хранения багажа.

This is a gem. Perfect, quite air conditioning. A rarity in hot Rome in July! Rooms are well appointed, new bathrooms with strong large shower, coffee in the room, beautiful buffet breakfast. There is an elevator to the room. The hotel is less than 10 min walk ( all flat) from train station. We will come back. Staff is very responsive, nice and knowledgeable. Triple room had 3 real beds, very good for family

The hotel was easy to get to 10 minutes walk from bus terminal or the metro .
If you wanted a taxi the hotel would call and was here in minutes each time.
The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy and our sheets were changed every day. The breakfast was continental and a nice selection of food and the restaurant was nice and friendly ,they had a upstairs roof top terrace where you could bring back wine and food if you wanted but we didn’t use this. I think it was well worth the money for location and the hotel itself.We didn’t find anything we could fault for our needs.

Odalar güzel büyüklüğü yeterli ve konforlu. Metroya ve terminale yakın olması büyük olanak. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve oldukça yardımsever bu yüzden hepsine teşekkür ederim.

ontbijt was behoorlijk . alles was aanwezig.
