Very clean hotel, exceptional breakfast bar!
I would have rated everything at 100%. However, the bed frame had 5 built in lights, 4 of which had on/off switches, the 5th, along the top of the bed frame, that was aimed towards the ceiling (lit the entire room up), had no switch.
I called the front desk for help turning it off. The attendant said "I know which light you're talking about, I don't know why they don't turn off" and I was promised a discount, as it kept my child and myself up all night long.
The next morning upon check-out, as instructed, I mentioned it to the desk attendant (apparently the Sister of the woman I spoke with at 3am that morning). I let her know the person I spoke with (her Sister) about the light told me to mention the issue when I checked out and they would apply a discount. She looked at me like I was crazy and had an attitude about the situation. She did tell me though a discount would be applied to my card, but where I booked via a booking app, it may take longer than usual.
This was well over a month ago, and lo and behold, I never received the discount they promised me. So I am pretty disappointed.
Make sure if you go, you check the light along the top of the bed frame! If you can't sleep with the lights on (it lights the entire room up like it's broad daylight), this may not be the right hotel for you, as they are not able to turn this light off.

Het hotel is oud en vies, de kamers zijn muf en ruiken naar oud hout. Overal vlekken op de tapijten in de gang en op de kamer. De douche is oud, de douchekoppen vallen eruit. Echt goor. Begrijp niet hoe ze aan zo'n beoordeling komen....Het ontbijt is schandalig slecht. Bij aankomst wilden we nog een kop koffie drinken maar de koffie was ijskoud. Veel te duur!!!!

Woke up with bug bites not sure what bit us.
It was decent. The pool was too hot. The fridge in room did not work.
Phone service was bad. The pool was the not the best.
The room didn't have a smell
The hallways and elevators were dirty and snelly
Things were clean and updated. Breakfast was kept replenished. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
The elevator door was quite loud, and my room was near the elevator, so I could hear the door opening and closing every single time someone got on and off at all hours of the night. Also, there were minimal towels in the room, we could have used more without having to ask for additional ones.
Staff was nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean.
Don't think it was prepared for number of guests booked. Some things were limited ( towels, ice). Didn't have correct rooms for people I was traveling with.
Location is a perfect spot for us heading north to visit family. Comfortable beds and pillows, very clean rooms and bathrooms. Also a nice choice for breakfast. This is our 4th stay and now make it a point to stay every time we travel this way.
Only had one bad night, no fault of the hotel. Stayed on back side of property and the trucks were jack braking down the highway all night long.
Everything from very nice, clean and comfortable room. Daily breakfast. Clean facilities.
It was nothing that I was disappointed in the property.
