Los ascensores no son suficientes para la cantidad de gente en el hotel. Lo mismo sucede con el desayuno en hora pico

Gostei porém o corredor ainda precisa de limpezas.
O tempo inteiro o 1 elevador estava desativado e também o café da manhã está mal organizado.

Gostei do quarto. Achei grande e confortável já que estávamos de casal e 2 crianças. Localização é boa. Excelente limpeza, possui restaurante que você pode optar por self service ou a La carte. Café da manhã e bebedouro disponível na recepção.
Não gostei da cobrança do restaurante, pois cada dia cobrava de forma diferente. Não gostei, mas evitei ficar discutindo. No primeiro dia o rapaz não cobrou da minha filha de 5 anos, só o de 10 pagou. No outro dia já cobrou dos dois. Também não cobrou a água, o que achei normal no Chile, mas já no outro dia me cobraram a garrafa. Não tem um padrão. Mas não sou de ficar discutindo esses tipos de coisa.
