Bom hotel. Como toda a empresa grande, falta um pouco de individualidade no atendimento, mas nada que desabone o local. Estacionamento super seguro e gratuito

Ok, mit Einschränkung und Enttäuschung über Verlust

Gute Lage, Buffet Frühstück gute Zeiten und ausreichend

Cons:

Badezimmer abgenutzt, brauchen dringend Renovierung. Leider AirPods im Zimmer liegengeblieben und sind dann mit Reinigungskraft verlorengegang (habe sie getrackt und sind aus dem Hotel verschwunden nach Süden von Santiago)

Primero que en las habitaciones se escucha absolutamente todo de la habitación de alado y cuando están aspirando y limpiando y segundo que te dicen que si al late check out y teniendo disponibilidad te dicen que no pueden por qué no tienen quien haga el aseo en la tarde siendo que tienen toda la disponibilidad para hacer late check out

Overall, my stay at Novotel Santiago Las Condes was quite pleasant. The hotel is decent, comfortable and generally meets expectations.

One area where I feel there could be some improvement is the friendliness and flexibility of the reception staff. I understand that I did not inform reception in advance that I wanted a “Pack & Go” breakfast for all three days, and I appreciate that the hotel has its own policies and procedures. The staff were simply following the rules, which I understand.

However, I feel the situation could have been handled in a slightly warmer and more friendly manner, especially for guests who may not be familiar with the hotel’s procedures.

Overall, it was not a bad experience, but a little more warmth and hospitality from the reception team would make the stay even better.
