Comfortable hotel near airport with friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We had a 6am flight and the staff, who were very friendly, had the airport shuttle and bagged breakfast ready for us very early that morning. Room was a little outdated but clean and the bed was comfortable.

Flew into Providence late and needed a room for the night. Met my expectations for Best Western property.
Pros:

Close to the airport with free shuttle. Property was clean and well staffed. Bed was comfortable, room had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Tv worked well. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Cons:

Room was a bit small.

Very disappointed with our selection.
Pros:

I like that the room was large and there was a sofa to sit on. The shower had hot water.

Cons:

The sofa was very uncomfortable, the bed was too. the furniture was very dated, there was an armoire to hang clothes in, the drawers in the TV stand kept opening, the fridge was wobbly, the AC did not work good. The TV guide was so hard to figure out. There are gaps around all the door frames to the rooms. We did not care for the microwave breakfast items. The coffee was horrible. The staff was not pleasant and most didn't make eye contact. I felt the price was way too high for the location and the condition of the lodging. Plus, it was very noisy at night with people running, yelling and banging doors.The.room was way too dark in the daytime

Great location, friendly staff, nothing is perfect but our stay was a 9/10!
Pros:

Property was nice and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

For me, beds were not the most comfortable. Also the smoking area was right outside the main door which made the vestibule area smell like cigarettes.
