Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast bags were available for those leaving before 6 am for the airport. The room was beige enough for us and all our luggage.

Good 1 night stay
Pros:

Got in after a late flight. Check in and check out were quick & easy, breakfast was good. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

The convenience to highway, restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

Some guests were socializing in the lobby late in the evening and being very loud. The sound could be heard loudly in our room on the upper floor.

We had problems w/Booking.com. No one helped w/a booked taxi reservation in Greece. Late flt

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. One older shuttle driver was nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff (married) were friendly. Most staff at the reception were friendly. Very close to the airport.

Cons:

BOOKING.COM HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER FOR THE HOTEL!!! WE NEEDED THE SHUTTLE!!! I called Booking.com. No answer from a real person. I had to try and find the number a different way. It was cold, rainy, plus we just flew from Venice, Italy so we were very tired. The shuttle driver was a young man. He didn't park where we were standing with 2 big suitcases & 2 carryon bags. We walked to where he was & loaded the bags ourselves. We also unloaded the bags at the hotel.
