The room smelled of smoke and the screen was ripped and ashes outside the window. It was a non smoking room.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Spacious King with convertible couch for 3rd person. Great staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable. Convenient access to highway to Providence.

Good stay for the money.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and the customer service at check in was wonderful. I enjoyed the continental breakfast also.

Cons:

There's nothing that can be done about rats running around in the parking lot. Real rats. Big ones. I thought it was a rabbit. I kind of like rats, so I was intrigued.
