Great location in older building which has been updated.
Pros:

Great location near Boston Common and T stops. We were able to walk everywhere. Friendly staff and wine hour and bottles of water were very nice. Beds comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom has no ventilation fan and extremely low water pressure. Housekeeping did not refill Conditioner or soap product in shower. Disappointing bathroom situation.
The room AC was inefficient and struggled to get it below 75’.

Short but great stay
Pros:

The location was so perfect! It was close to both the airport and all the sites we wanted to see.
The lobby welcomes you with such a beautiful fragrance. The staff was so friendly! The bedrooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable!
We would stay here again if we come back to Boston!

Great location in Boston
Pros:

Perfect location in the heart of Boston.
Room spacious and clean.
Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great and the bar area on the ground floor is a perfect place for a pre- drink or nightcap. Rebecca the barmaid was awesome, super friendly and attentive. She also makes a mean cocktail.

Only small criticism would be the shower could do with being modernised, but I’m being picky here.

Would stay again.
