It was great overall
Pros:

Location was great. In the middle of the city. Good value for money. Very good breakfast. Big spacious room. Buraq at the front desk was very helpful

Cons:

The door of the room had a weird lock/latch. The door would close very fast/hard, dangerous for children.

Enjoyable break with Friends
Pros:

Room was adequate but the bed was not comfortable.
Breakfast spread was catered for various nationalities with Turkish cuisine in mind, which was good, however, restaurant dinner buffet was limited, and dishes were not replenished when finished!

Cons:

I requested early-on for a room to be on quite side & away from lifts/elevators. However, I was given a room next to elevators!!!

if not for the chemicals in the pool that caused an extreme allergic reaction, this would be a great stay
Pros:

great location, very good cleaning service [always cleaned already while i was having breakfast!], good Wi–Fi; i arrived at 13:00 and i could already do check–in

Cons:

after 2 minutes in the pool, i got a terrible allergic reaction! i swim often, and it was the first time in my life something like that happened; bad smell from the hair dryer, couldn't use it
