The reality that we faced, did not match the descrition we arrived in the middle of a constrction site. What was very worrying for the customer was that on the floors where renovations were being carried out, construction materials were stored in the staircases and on the passageways between the floors! The goods made the emergency exits very narrow, narrower than safety standards. In an emergency, when the elevators cannot be used, the narrow passageway becomes blocked, and it is impossible to lead another person (a child, someone with poor mobility) by the hand. It is enough for one person to fall and the staircase is blocked.
This is a very serious negligence, for which the hotel's safety manager and management are responsible. Unfortunately, we did not have time to report the matter to the rescue authorities.
The observation gives a very poor picture of how the hotel takes care of the safety of its guests.
We hope to receive an answer as to how the hotel management has addressed this safety negligence and whether repairs have been made.

The reception staff were amazing and went above and beyond of anything we requested. Very friendly and helpful.
The lady that cleaned our room was rather rude to be vacuuming our room while we were in it. We asked her to hold on a minute but she just continued with her cleaning duties.
The thing i liked the most is the location of the hotel itself. it was quite central. Room was amazing with good views as mentioned while booking. Breakfast was delicious everyday. so many choices and amazing. beach and old town was just a stones throw away . overall it was fabulous experience. without a doubt ill book this hotel again if i visit Antalya again
Nothing specific, however taxi service was slightly on the expansive side. addition of airport shuttle service can make it easy on the pocket.
The location. It's a 10 min walk from the old town. It was close to the busy shopping street so I felt safer when walking after dark. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The view of the sea and the mountains stunning!
I was woken up every day at 4.50 due to the call for the prayer. But this is not the hotel's fault in any wayl. You just have to get used to it or have earplugs. From time to time there was a smell of cigarettes. Not sure where it was coming from (could not come from the room as it was not constant smell).

I had a wonderful stay at The Khan Hotel in Antalya's Old Town. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout my visit. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and perfect for having my own space to relax. As a solo traveller, I could not have asked for a better experience, I felt free to come and go as I wished and completely at ease. I would happily stay here again.
