Perfectly adequate for a night’s rest
Pros:

Located close to the PHX airport, I picked Best Western because of generally good experiences with the chain. This one was perfectly adequate, had the amenities one wants (microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning), and was quiet.

Cons:

Breakfast was just about adequate. Bed mattress was not the greatest.

Terrible worst experience ever in my life at a hotel.
Pros:

Over all terrible stay we switched room THREE times. They were disgusting, unfortunately due to emergency we had to stay there. Would never go back ever. There was literally BLOOD splats on room wall.

Cons:

The rooms need to be CLEANED, bed sheets actually CHANGED. Changed carpets.

Very close to the airport with a shuttle bus . Although it said there would be a 250.00 damage deposit in cash. It wasn't taken

Cons:

Wasn't a very good location. Neighbor hood was ruff. I didn't like the fact that they copied eveyones state issued ID that was staying in the room.

Great stay for a week long trip. Customer service could improve.
Pros:

The location was great for our event at the convention center. While the part of town wasn’t great, we felt safe at the hotel. The rooms were very nice! Lots of room and the bed was very comfortable. Which for a week long stay was very important. Very little outside noise could be heard in the room.

Cons:

The customer service was lacking. They had a text line but it took forever to get a response. The staff at the desk gave inaccurate information or conflicted with the text line. We stayed there because they had a pool. Unfortunately there was a storm and it somehow affected the palm tree by the pool. The pool was closed for the remainder of our trip so they could remove the palm tree. But there weren’t honest with us and told us everyday the pool with be open. The last days we were there they didn’t even text us back. The front desk said they didn’t even know what was going on with the pool. Housekeeping wasn’t great. We gambled everyday to get 2 sets of towels. The front desk wasn’t in a hurry to correct the problem either. Oh our remote was broke the entire week. They clammed someone fixed it… we ended up buy batteries and replacing them or selves. I was sure to take my batteries with me when I left.
