Excelente localizacao e staff ! Proximo dos principais pontos turismos, restaurantes e shoppings.

Excelente localizacao, bem proximo da main central station e das principais localizacoes do centro da cidade com facil acesso a restaurantes, pontos turisticos e shopping.

Muito bom atendimento, staff cordial, educada e pronta para ajudar a qualquer momento 24/7.

Cons:

Nosso chuveiro estava com algum problema que nao era possivel fazer funcionar a ducha prinpical do top apenas a de mao, como foi apenas uma diaria nao teve problema, mas se fosse mais dias seria um problema e por termos voo na manha seguinte nao tivemos tempo de reportar para a gerencia.

Posizione imbattibile e pulizia ottima, ma attenzione al rumore notturno
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale, trovandosi a soli 200 metri dalla stazione di Bruxelles Central e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Grand Place. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti diversi supermercati, comodissimi per fare acquisti quotidiani a prezzi standard. La camera ha dimensioni adeguate ma soprattutto ci è risultato molto pulito. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza della macchinetta del caffè e del bollitore, con capsule e bustine di tè che venivano regolarmente reintegrate ogni giorno durante il riordino. Il bagno è ben fornito di dispenser per shampoo e doccia gel ed il cambio asciugamani avviene quotidianamente su richiesta.
Tra i grandi plus della struttura ci sono l'angolo con bevande calde gratuito e accessibile h24 nella hall e il comodissimo orario di check-out fissato alle 12:00. La colazione continentale è ottima, con orari comodi dalle 7:30 alle 10:30 durante la settimana e prolungata fino alle 11:00 nel weekend. Pur non essendo vastissima, offre prodotti di prima qualità costantemente riassortiti da un personale sempre attento a mantenere puliti il banco e i tavoli.

Cons:

Il limite principale della camera riguarda la presenza della moquette sul pavimento e il ridotto isolamento acustico delle finestre: gli infissi non fermano il rumore del traffico notturno e le frequenti sirene dei mezzi di soccorso, il che può disturbare chi ha il sonno leggero. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la sala è un po' piccola e negli orari di punta tende a sovraffollarsi, anche se con un pizzico di pazienza si trova da sedersi; la disposizione prevede unicamente lunghi tavoli in condivisione, senza la presenza di tavolini singoli da due o quattro posti.

Great location. Close to public transport. Room spacious and bed comfortable.

The shower is very slippery and dangerous. There are no handles in the shower. It was also quite noisy, but it can be expected in the city centre

Toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Zimmer
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 5. Stock mit einem sehr netten Balkon. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und groß und wir haben in den bequemen Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was wir brauchten. Das Hotel ist direkt bei der Innenstadt - 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten zum großen Platz. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Herr beim CheckIn war sehr freundlich.

Chickes kleines Hotel direkt beim Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Diesmal hatten wir leider ein kleineres Zimmer im 4. Stock. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das kleine Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert und die Zimmer sind neu ausgestattet. Frühstück war auch wieder sehr gut.

Good hotel in a good location
Pros:

Really good location, right next to Brussels central station and only a short walk to all the other main tourist spots in the city centre. We had room 701 which is right at the top of the building and the views are spectacular.

Cons:

The hotel doesn't have a proper bar but does have small fridges stocked with beers and other drinks to purchase.
