The hospitality and service of the entire staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us.
Pros:

We were welcomed by Noeman and Mahado at the front desk and the whole staff Carla, Edyta and Daniella went above and beyond with their assistance. My traveling partner fell a couple of times and the staff helped get us a walker from a pharmacy and arranged for taxis to get us around and arranged medical transport to a clinic where X-rays and a CT scan were taken. Since we had to cut our vacation short Edyta especially helped with arranging our flight back home to San Francisco on LOT Airlines and arranged for transport to Brussels Airport.

Cons:

Nothing that we can think of because the staff took great care of us as stated above.

Pros:

The Hotel is in a central place, close to the trains, metro and buses. The old town is just a few minutes by walk. Room was comfortable, breakfast was very good. Coffee, tea was avaiable 0-24 at the ground floor. We have come to the BTS Concert. The Hotel has a good access to the King Baudouin Stadion as well.

Pros:

La posizione centrale, a 100 m dalla stazione e vicina a tutte le attrazioni del centro storico raggiungibili a piedi. La fermata della metro è proprio sotto l ' hotel

Cons:

La climatizzazione. L aria condizionata non si percepiva, sembrava più che altro una semplice ventilazione e durante il mio soggiorno purtroppo faceva molto caldo

Отлична локация. Близко до гарата и старинната част на града. Хотела е чист и с много любезен персонал.

Cons:

Бяхме в много горещо време в Брюксел. Температури достигащи 38 градуса. Климатичната инсталация почти не работеше. Трябва да се помисли и за вътрешното проветряване на сградата. Никакви прозорци и проветрение в коридора. Имаше хора на които им ставаше лошо само докато чакаха асансьора. Ако това не се промени препоръчвам друг хотел през горещите дни.
