Very friendly and helpful staff. Madonda (I hope I got it right) was especially very kind and helpful on the evening shift. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a wonderful stay.
My pillows where very "high" and gave me a headache towards the morning.. More options would be welcome.
The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. Our requests were well met. The facility is well maintained. The breakfast is good. The front desk supervisor, Iris is extremely helpful. She gave advises on restaurant selection and how to go around the construction on the street. The hotel location is great for a walk around the city center.
Good staff on reception, good room, but. It exceptional for the price.
The price. Brussels seemed generally to be busy on the night I stayed, but although the property was clean, well laid-out and the staff were engaging and effective, it was simply too expensive for what it offered. Four star property at (top end) five star prices.
The location of the property is a big plus which is right across the Brussel Central Station and close to tourist attractions and a great place grab a meal as well.

La ubicación y desayuno, pero lo mejor fue la atención del personal, todos muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
La chambre était très propre. L’accueil a été sympathique. Il y avait de quoi se faire 2 cafés et / ou thé dans la chambre. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, proche de la gare centrale, du Palais Royal et des jardins ainsi que du monts des arts (5 minutes à pied). Hotel situé à 10 minutes de la Place Centrale.
Un peu difficile de se repérer a cause des travaux autour de l’établissement, mais cela devrait se résoudre d’ici peu.

Property is in a great central location, walking distance to central station and Grand Palace and other sites. Rooms were clean and well kept.
Only downside was the aircon wasn’t the best when we visited during a heatwave, but other than that it was great.
Location, great breakfast and coffee on offer option. Friendly staff.
I like property just a recommendation:
Desk lamp did work but you need to hold power switch longer to activate, recommend this is mentioned to guests a sit isn’t clear.
