Pros:

Room was spacious and air conditioned, short walk away from the town centre and central station. Self serve bar is a good addition

The staff were very quiet, it was like they were scared to talk to us, however they were helpful with everything we needed.

Pros:

El desayuno y la amabilidad del personal de esa area. La ubicacion es buena, fuimos cuando habia obra en la roto da a la esquina del hotel y eso complico bastante la movilidad. Obvio ajeno al hotel

Cons:

Que a pesar de haber hecho la reserva con casi 2 meses de antelacion, cuando llegamos nos asignaban una en el subsuelo frentw a unos baños, zona con mal olor y poca o nula ventilación. Cosa que no aceptamos y terminamos en una habitacion matrimonial. La excusa? Que el hotel estaba lleno …..

Pros:

Tout parfait. Belle chambre confortable. Calme, bien insonorisée, la proximité avec la circulation n’est donc pas dérangeante. Balcon appréciable. Hôtel central à deux pas de la gare et du métro. Accueil TB. Petit dej simple mais bon.

Ligging en de goede bedden

Cons:

Wij hadden geen ontbijt geboekt. Bij het inchecken werd ons verteld dat we in de ochtend wel een paar croissantjes mochten pakken van het buffet. De eerste ochtend, na vragen aan het personeel, een paar meegenomen.
De tweede ochtend wederom, bij uitchecken mocht ik toen betalen (12 euro). Niet heel erg, maar wel apart. Verder prima hotel.

Mooie locatie
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een super goede locatie. De bedden waren prettig.

Het tapijt is verouderd waardoor er allemaal vlekken te zien zijn.

A nice little hotel in the middle of chaotic Brussels
Pros:

Central location near train & subway stations. Friendly, helpful staff and comfy, quiet room. It was a good refuge after a busy day of sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons:

You are literally in the middle of a huge capital city so the crowds, traffic and construction are everywhere. We enjoyed our stay but we were glad when we left Brussels and could relax again.

Great location and a good breakfast to start the day.
Pros:

Location was very convenient; minutes of walking to the Central train station, Royal Palace and park, St Michels Cathedral, restaurants, etc. Breakfast had a good variety including eggs, ham, sausage, beans, waffles, cereals, fruit and chesses. Rooms were comfortable with AC which we appreciated because we were in Brussels during a heat wave. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

There is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel so that complicated walking. I was disappointed that the bathroom shower tiles had mold/mildew on the grout. Also, the toilet paper holder felt like it was going fall off the wall. My wife found the bed pillows to be uncomfortable. They had an unusual square shape and were puffy to the point where you could not stack one on top of another.

Todo perfecto.
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación. Muy bien comunicado con metro, tren y autobuses aunque puedes ir a cualquier sitio andando desde el hotel. La habitación muy amplia y las camas muy cómodas. Todo muy limpio. El personal muy agradable y encantado de ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. En el hall tienen bollitos, limonada, café e infusiones para que los huéspedes tomen allí tranquilamente en unos sofás con revistas. Muy agradable todo. Supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. Repetiremos sin duda.
