Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly & helpful staff
Pros:

The rooms felt modern and the beds were very comfortable! The toiletries were incredibly nice, and I thought the staff were so friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

I didn't like that each room had a different layout and size, even within the same category. The first room we were assigned was tiny! I asked for a room change, and the second room smelled like sewage! We finally got a suitable and perfect room on the third try.

Great location for exploring old Lille.
Pros:

Really nice furnishings in a grand building. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the vibrant restaurant scene.

La propreté de l’établissement , le personnel , l’emplacement et la literie

Cons:

La cabine de douche s’est effondrée sur moi. Les joints étaient défectueux, et la vue sur l’escalier de secours rendait la chambre particulièrement sombre et peu agréable.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Stadthotel in absolut bester Lage.
Pros:

Mitten im Zenrum, allerdings nicht von der Grand Place zugängig, sondern der Eingang befindet sich rückseitig. Sehr schönes Bad, grosses Zimmer, neuwertige und ansprechende Einrichtung, absolut ruhig, ohne Probleme late checkout bis 14h gewährt. Frühstücksbuffet bis 10:30 zu fairen EUR 18.

Cons:

Rooftop schliesst bereits um 23h. Eine 1/2h vorher bekommt man nur noch eine sehr eingeschränkte Getränkeauswahl.

Amazing location and beautiful room - issue with construction and noisy neighbors
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful, great facilities and a gorgeous interior. Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

We were only there one night but there was incredibly loud noise both above and outside the hotel that bothered folks in two of the rooms we had. If not for that this is an amazing location, very clean and comfortable

Great hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, good sized room. Staff were very helpful. Check in and bag storage facilities all very good.
Roof top was great but a bit cold !

Cons:

A little noisy over night . (Not that there is much the hotel can do about that - it’s very centrally located so guess it can get noisy!)
