Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Décoration raffinée. Salle de bain très agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. La présentation est triste et ne donne pas envie. C,est le pire petit déjeuner de notre séjour. Un gros effort à faire 1

Pros:

Rooftop bar was great

Cons:

Breakfast poor and under staffed.

Separate WC in room tiny and difficult to use.

Soundproofing in rooms poor and maintenance completed outside room very noisy

Beautiful stay in a charming & beautiful city
Pros:

Location, decor.
Rooms very comfortable & spacious
Roof top bar was fantastic option

Cons:

The breakfast was poor & quite a small breakfast area for the size of hotel.

Hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Lille
Personnel souriant et très attentionné
Hôtel magnifique avec un superbe roof top

Emplacement remarquable avec vue sur la Grande Place.
La décoration Art déco.
La salle de bain avec ses peignoirs très confortables.

Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son Roof Top. Grande deception, celui ci était fermé lors de notre séjour 😕 (sans avoir été prévenus, ni geste de compensation... )

Un petit réfrigérateur aurait été apprécié

Idéalement situé, cet hôtel nous a offert une chambre très confortable et calme. Climatisation particulièrement appréciée en période de canicule, comme les fontaines sur le palier. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est agréable et bien fourni. Accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Les espaces communs mériteraient une rénovation. L'offre au bar le soir pourrait être un peu plus étoffée.

Pros:

De ligging en de sfeer. Prima ontbijt. Fijn personeel.

Cons:

Wifi netwerk zwak op onze kamer.
Toilet spoelde niet zo goed door. Zonde van het water.
Dubbele ramen hielden geluid goed buiten maar de klink van het buitenraam kan gevaarlijk in aanraking komen met het binnenraam.

Ok stay but more importantly great location
Pros:

Wonderful location and that was a big plus the staff were lovely and really helpful!
Bed for us, was very comfortable.

Cons:

Felt like in certain areas the decor was a little shabby however, was clean. Breakfast was personally not great and needed more improvement.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. En plein cœur de la ville à 100m de la grand place. petit déjeuner sympa

Cons:

Simplicité de la chambre et vétusté de certaines parties... Belle chambre avec haut plafonds mais qui mérite d'être plus chargée et décorée (pas une table basse, une chaise dans un coin sans plus... ). L'accueil est d'une froideur déroutante qui contraste avec le beau bar et salon du RDC... Mérite d'être plus "accueillant ". Enfin, dommage l'attente pour le petit déjeuner. bar/salon petit. Enfin Rue extrêmement bruyante (on est en centre ville...)
