A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent hotel with friendly, professional and responsive staff. Close to many of the sites in Lille, restaurants and the railway station. Breakfast was very good and the roof-top bar has excellent views. Would definitely stay again.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel charmant. Un buffet de petit déjeuner sympa dans une salle accueillante Le roof top est là pour passer un agréable moment... quand il fait beau. Une literie de qualité.

Cons:

Dès le lobby c'est un peu retour vers le futur. Des escaliers pour accéder !
Une clef avec un "pompon" pour la chambre, niveau hygiène je trouve ça plus que moyen. Je poursuis vers un ascenseur pas très propre.
Arrivée à l'étage de ma chambre je suis surprise par le sol ... une vulgaire moquette grise qui gondole bof ! Et que dire du parfum d'intérieur ? Vraiment pas à mon goût. Je sais, un parfum c'est très personnel mais franchement là... peut mieux faire.
La chambre... petite ... très petite. Rien pour poser ma valise, elle a donc fini sur le bureau. Les équipements sont correctes. Bémol sur le rapport taille de la tête de lit et largeur du lit qui ne permet pas d'accéder facilement aux lampes de chevets.

I enjoyed the staying in this hotel because of location, friendly staff, cleanliness, roof top bar.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the location, and the friendly staff. There’s also a rooftop bar with stunning views of the Grand Place and the surrounding area.

Cons:

The windows in the room weren't sealed properly, so it was a bit chilly inside. The bar closed too early, before the scheduled closing time. I would like to enjoy such a wonderful view a little longer. In several places in the hallways, the carpet was coming up from the floor, which isn’t entirely safe for guests, as they could trip over it.

Great stay
Pros:

Beautiful, grand hotel, gorgeous decor, lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. Excellent location on the Grand Place. Great to have water dispensers on the corridor.

Cons:

Unfortunately chromecast wasn't working on the TV. I didn't raise this with reception as I was only staying one night and I couldn't see how it could be fixed (I clicked on Chromecast and nothing happened).

Great place to stay a couple nights and discover Lille
Pros:

Located right on the grand place. Close to the metro station. Beautiful building - slightly outdated interior. Large room and clean bathroom. Nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

Reception seems a bit small with just one desk - it was no issue for us. Also just one elevator and going up to 5th floor, we had to change elevators as the one from lobby only goes to 4th floor.
