Pros:

Great location, helpful staff for places to eat. Great rooftop bar but closed on one evening of our stay

Cons:

Our room smelt of drains. We had to leave the noisy fan on all night and close the bathroom door attempt to disperse the smell. They were full so couldnt move us. The following night they put us on a superior room.

Private party on the rooftop terrace caused a lot of noise
Cons:

Our room on the 5th floor is as next to the rooftopbar, where a private party was going on. Their music was loud, people used the bathroom next to our room.

Hotel appréciable mais quelques rénovations à prévoir.

Cons:

La vétusté de la moquette; Fontaine à eau non-fonctionnel à l'étage; téléphone fixe non-fonctionnel; tache de chewing-gum sur la table de bureau.

Toplocatie; fijn hotel!
Pros:

Een fijn hotel op een toplocatie in het centrum van Lille. Parkeergarage vlakbij. Mooie ruime kamer, goede bedden en het hotel heeft een prachtig dakterras. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Pros:

清潔、エアコンが整備されるなどの快適性、フランスを味わえるエレベーターなど思い出に残るホテルです。
レストランについても、メニュー、スタッフの対応が良く、またお客様についてもマナーの良い方が多く、落ち着いて食事を楽しむことができました。
