Les toilettes il fallait fermer la porte de la SDB pour se rendre ds les toilettes qui étaient ds un petit espace sur le côté ( elles étaient séparées par un muret )

Comfortabel, gastvrij en denken in oplossingen.
Pros:

De korting op de parkeergarage, de heerlijkste badhanddoeken, fijn ontbijt en een mooie inrichting en prachtig uitzicht op het mooie plein in Lille.

Pros:

Intimate yet somehow grand but great value heritage hotel with a modern sophistication in its rooftop deck and luxuriously cosy breakfast room.

Cons:

Antiquated key deposit and pickup sometimes slowed down the staff who were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Owner please spend some money on this and you will have a perfect hotel.

Couldn't fault this hotel
Pros:

Stylish hotel in a very central location. Gorgeous beautiful old building thats been tastefully redecorated with a modern sophistication. We were lucky enough to have a room on tbe 4th floor overlooking the square directly in front of the fountain. It was beautiful watching the sun set. We got pastries and coffee in the morning and people watched. Bathroom was spotless and new. Staff were attentive throughout our entire stay. Couldn't fault this hotel. Would stay again.

Perfection!
Pros:

Perfect location. Wonderful large rooms with superb comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Iron and board on request. Lovely continental breakfast plus scrambled egg bacon and sausages. First class staff especially on reception
I would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Un hôtel merveilleux.
Pros:

Depuis la chambre, une vue imprenable sur cette emblématique Grand Place, appréciée soir (illuminée) et matin.
Un vrai confort dans les chambres avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
De beaux choix d'ambiance dans le décorum de cet hôtel exceptionnel.

ouderwets statig hotel midden in het centrum en op loopafstand van de leuke buurt
Pros:

de lokatie, midden in het centrum; helaas niet met eigen parkeermogelijkheid maar de P-garage was in de buurt

Cons:

veel verschillend personeel bij de receptie waardoor je meerdere keren moest laten controleren of je wel de juiste gast was en al betaald had

Great for a few days

☹️ Only one mirror in the bathroom.

We have to fill out our water from a dispenser in the hallway instead of having free water bottles like most hotels.

The breakfast buffet needs more attention, particularly clearing tables as our dirty/used plates and cutlery were left on our table during our entire stay and we struggled to find space for other plates.

Also, we only had one small plate on our table with no option to pick another one apart from asking staff for an additional plate. The same goes for cutlery & coffee cup. I did not find a fruit bowl and had to ask for one but the staff said they do not have any!! I did not like the long life milk that was used in the coffee machine and the fresh milk was cold!! The boiled eggs were yummy but also cold!!
