A great start to our holiday with folding bicycles in the south of France.
Pros:

Excellent location in the old town. Exceedingly warm welcome. Middle of a large city yet our room (15) was completely quiet with no light shining in. Lille is a great place to visit and we thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Two small things: the weather was very hot but that’s the way it’s going so a fan in the room would be good. And please consider a slip mat for the otherwise excellent shower.

L'absence dans la chambre d'un mode d'emploi du ventilateur un jour de canicule. Vérifier que tout ce que le voyageur peut attendre est bien là est une obligation morale et commerciale.

Perfect hotel voor stedentrip Lille
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Eerste indruk was gelijk positief. Vriendelijk personeel. Schone en nette kamer met 'allure'.
Douche en wc schoon en netjes. Nodigden uit om er gebruik van te maken.
Ontbijt ruim voldoende keus, netjes verzorgd.

Cons:

propreté imparfaite, la douche n'avait pas été lavée correctement et il y avait des cheveux du client précédent. Par ailleurs, on m'a proposé une "option ménage" entre les 2 jours de mon séjour, que j'ai refusée, la chambre n'a donc pas été faite, ce qui n'est pas très grave mais assez surprenant.... Enfin mettre un lit aussi grand dans une chambre si petite qu'il faut longer le mur de profil pour accéder au coté du lit opposé me semble un peu surprenant aussi, même si pas très grave...
