As a frequent traveler I can say these guys are really good. Hector and Laura with the conference and banquet services are professional, attentive and delivered an excellent experience for our training. Overall the staff is so accommodating and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or needing a conference room.

Every time I see Tanisha she is all smiles great personality as well as customer service. I appreciate awesome help. Very joyful spirit. This is a great hotel away from home makes you feel really comfortable. Citra was great recommendation from Tanisha of course. Love it here.

When we got here we were greeted by Tanisha. Can I just tell you how amazing she is and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! This place is clean and has everything you need. I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Yass, one of your Guest Service Agents. I returned to the hotel very late in the evening and needed to request a late checkout due to a change in my flight schedule.

Yass immediately looked into the availability and was able to accommodate my request with a 12:30 p.m. late checkout, which I truly appreciated. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Her exceptional customer service made the situation much less stressful and is exactly the kind of experience that makes staying at Hotel Zessa so enjoyable.

This is the second time Eric at the front desk has helped, he’s just so positive and inviting and helpful, even though it’s been a month since our last visit, he remembered my face and I remembered, and, makes it feel a bit like home while traveling.

Also, Douglass was super kind of the front desk, loaning me a table in a sand who did some AC issues in our room

The hotel was very nice overall. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, I found two different roaches during my stay, which was very disappointing and took away from an otherwise positive experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue with better pest control because it has a lot of potential. If this problem is resolved, I would consider staying here again.

It was fine . Bed was good, water pressure was very high. Ice was easy. We messed up the shower Friday and when I got back Saturday it was fixed. Lost my watch by the hot tub and it never showed up again. Cheap watch but a brand new battery. Had the manager for check in so that was easy.

Great stay all around. Comfortable room and amenities. Great welcome at the front desk by Erick, superb hospitality.

They told us breakfast was not included even after we showed them the email confirmation they said the app was wrong

The stay was very welcoming, and warm. Tanisha is brilliant and very accommodating towards me. I appreciate her great service. Hotel Zessa is very clean from lobby to rooms. Shuttle service was great as well. My company loves this place. I work for Andruil. Will be back again next week.

Have had a really nice experience at this hotel especially with the front desk lady Alessandra. Very patient and helpful. Asked for so many things during my stay and she has never showed a single sign of discomfort, always smiling and responsive.
The room was clean and nicely set up even though there’s a construction site outside. But can’t hear anything inside of the room, so it’s pretty quiet.

I have stayed here multiple times on business trips and for breakfast, Javier is always a helpful, attentive, and gracious waiter.
