Pros:

Great spot for visiting Cairns. Very quiet and peaceful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It's a bit basic, with not much creature comforts, but if all you want is somewhere to stay that won't cost a fortune it's perfect.

Near shops, city love how the pool starts of shallow and flat with no stairs my daughters under 5 enjoyed it and there’s also a little playground which was enough to drain my kids before nap time

Great Location: The hotel's location is super convenient, making it very easy to get into the city.

Friendly Staff: Check-in with the young lady was smooth and welcoming, and the gentleman working the night shift was consistently polite, helpful, and friendly.

Cons:

Unprofessional Customer Service: Unfortunately, our experience with one middle-aged female staff member was very disappointing. During check-in, she explained that housekeeping isn’t provided automatically, but extra towels could be requested. However, when we asked for additional towels on our first day after taking a shower to freshen up, she confronted us by asking, "Did you just check in? Why do you need towels on the first day?" Guests should not be interrogated or forced to explain personal reasons simply for asking for fresh towels.

Cleanliness & Pest Issues: The cleanliness was below standard. There was visible mold in several areas, and on two separate occasions, we returned to our room to find cockroaches.
