They have a lot to offer, although we didn’t use most of their available resources. We enjoyed our stay.

I'm sure I asked for a downstairs room but got an upstairs room instead so going up and down the stairs was doing my knees and back in😔

Pros:

Pool area with tropical plants, security.good TV and desktop.

Cons:

Maintenance very poor, Decor damaged and outdated, toilet leaking, taps need replacement, no shelf in shower, hot water in shower takes 3 minutes to arrive at shower head

Pros:

Great price for what you get. Very accommodating staff i arrived late and checked in without a problem. I would stay again.

Perfect location. Accessible to every establishments.
Good for the value of money. Easy check in. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

Parking issues. Not enough parking space for the guest inside the premises.
Need to park at the street and unfortunately our car got deep scribble from parking outside.

Good for budget travelers ! :)
Pros:

the staff were super helpful and kind, the parking was good, and the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

Bugs everywhere, not super clan, and definitely overpriced for what we were getting

I asked for a refund as soon as we video everything and reception said to contact booking.com where
Cons:

Lounge had stains all over, the kitchen taps had tape around them to keep it in place and dirty glassware, the bathroom looked like it was never scrubbed or cleaned, hair in the bath and wall, the wifi was bad, the area outside was not completely finished, rocky all the way to the upstairs room.
