J ai aimé le cadre de verdure, c était très agréable et reposant de trouver ce cadre proche de la ville

The pool was great and very clean. Most days there were sunbeds available. The breakfast was really nice and the bar drinks were good.
Staff were all lovely and helpful, many not English speaking, which we didn’t mind but be aware.
The indoor pool/sauna area was lovely when we went as it was empty but very small so I would imagine it can get a bit crowded in there during poor weather. Nice that it is adults only area though! The wifi was great, safe in room. Liked most of it to be honest.
The location. On first arrival we were concerned. The area looks run down and/or in construction. It is not near any shops, cafes or restaurants. If you are staying here you need to have a car or if you are comfortable using public transport, it is ok. You can catch the C2 bus into Avignon town from just outside the hotel and it comes every 10 mins and runs late into the night. You must have cash for the bus.

Der Wellnessbereich verspricht mehr als er zeigt, Wasser sehr kalt, Sauna aus.

La pulizia della stanza (cambio asciugamani) viene eseguito di routine ogni tre giorni oppure prima su richiesta, aspetto insolito in un hotel 4 stelle.
Alla reception era presente un solo membro dello staff -molto gentile e disponibile- ma che non riusciva (poichè impegnato tra reception/piscina/bar...) a rispondere a tutte le esigenze in modo rapido.
Sa nu ridici gunoiul din camera si sa nu se schimbe prosoapele 5 zile nu am mai intalnit la un hotel de 4 *
De rust in het hotel na een lange rit
De prullenbak op de hotelkamer was niet geleegd. De vuile dingen van de vorige gasten zaten er nog in.
Prima kamer, leuk zwembad.
Jammer dat het restaurant in het weekend 's avonds gesloten is ook omdat in de directe omgeving niets te vinden is.
Directe omgeving voelt onprettig aan, veel zichtbare armoede en met name in avond louche figuren. Hotel is goed afgeschermd met hekken dus eenmaal binnen merk je daar weinig van.
