The hotel was lovely, very comfortable and perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was excellent throughout our stay. A fantastic experience. We highly recommend it!

15 € le pichet de 50 cl alors qu il est tiré d un bib de 10 litres à 30 €.
Je ne parle même pas du prix des bouteilles de vins locaux de 0.75 cl.

Habe ich mir gedacht, dass dies so enden würde.
Die Polizei war auf Platz, weill der Mann an der Rezeption und diskriminiert hat.
Wir Gay und mein Partner schwarz.
Es gibt einen Einsatz-Rapport von der Polizei und wir haben uns geeinigt, dass wir die Getränke bezahlen und die Grundkosten, das haben wir auch direkt so vor Ort, in Beisein der Polizei, bezahlt.
Sie können der Unterkunft melden, dass wenn uns weitere Kosten entstehen, wir den Vorfall weitermelden, Anzeige bei der Polizei erstatten und entsprechende Kommentare auf Ihrer Website eintragen werden.
Der Fall habe ich schon meiner Rechtschutzversicherung gemeldet.

Un week-end en famille
Pros:

Le personnel a été très agréable et souriant. L’espace spa est très original. Dommage qu’au fond de la piscine il y avait dans les coins du sable. Les chambres étaient très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons eu un petit souci sur le parking car notre voiture a été accrochée par un client qui bien sûr n’a pas laissé sa carte. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.

Cons:

L’emplacement n’est pas dans un superbe quartier.
Notre voiture a été accroché sur le parking, le lendemain, nous avons appelé pour savoir si il y avait des caméras et l’hôtel nous a dit qu’on ne voyait pas la plaque de la personne garée à côté de nous. Ce qui me semble plutôt léger car on est obligé de passer devant l’établissement pour sortir du parking et donc devant les caméras droit devant.

Notre séjour a été très décevant et ne correspond pas à ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été froid et dénué de toute amabilité : aucun sourire, aucune attention particulière envers des clients venant d'arriver. Nous avons ensuite appris, sur place, que la piscine et l'espace détente n'étaient pas accessibles aux enfants. Cette information ne nous avait pas été communiquée lors de la réservation, alors qu'elle a pesé dans notre choix.

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée donnait sur des décombres, ce qui n'est ni agréable ni représentatif de l'image de l'hôtel. De plus, il nous a été impossible de régler la température : la chambre était étouffante. Nous avons voulu aérer en ouvrant la fenêtre, mais des aboiements de chien incessants nous en ont empêchés, nous obligeant à rester dans une chaleur difficilement supportable...

Cons:

Chambre plutôt étriquée, insonorisation trés perfectible, positionnement de la partie "boissons" peu pratique, le fenestron "classique" et commun aux hotels de bas de gamme, la connection internet TV non fonctionnelle à mon arrivée, le comptoir accueil trop réduit (quasi un poste mobile d enregistrement d'une porte d'embarquement aerien...
Seule l existence du parking correspond à ce que l on peut attendre d un Best Western.

Très satisfait.
Pros:

La grandeur du parking ferme la nuit, l’accueil a l’arrivée, le confort de la chambre et sa disposition, la facilité à sortir et rentrer la nuit, la disponibilité du personnel. Et le petit dejeuner pour lequel apres avoir pris connaissance des lieux nous avons trouver tout pour notre plaisir.

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre 132 dans laquelle, et ce reproche ne concerne que la salle de bain, l’abattante des toilettes n’était pas correctement fixé, le lavabo se vidait lentement et le mitigeur du lavabo était trop dur à manœuvrer. Tout cela a été signalé avant notre départ et dépend des femmes de chambre.

Looks great on the outside, could really do with some maintenance!
Pros:

Beautiful location, salmon in restaurant was great. Plenty of parking. Check out at 11:30 was great. Reception staff on check in was very friendly, but restaurant staff was somewhat disappointing.

Cons:

Bathtub plug didn’t work, fridge kept tipping over whenever trying to open the door, electricity in the whole building cut out, mold in the bathroom, no air vent in bathroom, mattress was sloped sideways making it very uncomfortable, shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty, restaurant service was incredibly slow, bathroom counter was damaged and had mold growth. Steak from restaurant was poorly prepared and very chewy. Kids menu was disappointing, but salmon was very nice.
