El lugar y el punto estaba muy accesible
La habitación estaba muy calurosa, el aire acondicionado no servía, en esos 5 días no llegaron hacer aseo a la habitación, ofrecieron desayuno y lo único que dan es un café y un cupcake para quien en esta vida eso es un desayuno? Pedí implementos de cocina como 10’veces y nunca me los suministraron no la verdad muy descontento con el hotel
Location was okay.
The "breakfast" wasn't much- just some granola bars and oatmeal packets. Staff wasn't very helpful- when calling the hotel before arriving I was put on hold for a long time. When arriving I ended up talking with multiple staff none of which could answer my question and honestly most were not very friendly either. For the price it was a very disappointing stay.
My room could use a refresh/update

Needs a tech update, no USB outlets.
Surprised a hotel in a professional commercial area has not had a technology update.

Not enough staff. No kitchen ware in room as listed on site. When I requested some silverware, I was told it would take an hour to clean two forks! He was the only one on staff for the whole hotel at 6:30 at night. Worst breakfast ever too!
For the age of the facility it was well kept and super clean. Staff was super buce and helpful. Such a quiet facility.
The beds were okay. The room we stayed in the same tonone of the beds was a tad squeaky but tolerable.
The location
We have our toilet blocked multiple times. Then once our bathroom door was accidentally locked, my husband asked the receptionist if she can help and the staff refused to help and didn’t even attempt to find solution. Luckily, one of our keys worked. Compared to our experience last year when we stayed at this hotel, this year’s experience is worse. Last year, we enjoyed it that was the reason we booked again with this hotel
We were promised a 3 pm check in but couldn't get in our room at 3:30. We were needing to get settled & dressed for an event but couldn't do it. The lady at the desk was very accommodating but couldn't do anything about it.
