Location. Gave us an extra pillow. The kitchenette. Offered a sort of breakfast.
The linens didn’t smell clean and the mattresses were uncomfortable. The bathroom floor and window seals were dirty. The painted tape around the bathroom fan was cracked and peeling off. People seem to live there and breakfast was supposed to be 0600 to 0900, but most of it was gone by 0630 to 0700.

I reserved two weeks before travel, I told them I had no dogs, so the day when I checked in the hotel gave the non pet rooms to all the morning arrivals, when I got there they only had pet rooms available the room they gave me was stinky, and I came to find a large spider in the shower!

Location near the freeway was convenient.
Breakfast did exist, but was very small. The floors were very sticky in our room, and it smelled very strongly of what may have been cleaning products. We had to leave the windows open for hours to get it to go down to a comfortable level.
Safe and secure location with ease of access to the freeway. Check in was a breeze. Have stayed here before and will stay again in the future.

No breakfast like advertised, cost/night was outrageous for what it was, place was worn down and dingy, tv was 24 inches, beds uncomfortable.

Cleanses was horrible… my kids feet were black just walking on the carpet, all plug outlets sparked, there was hair on my sheets, the staff was unorganized, breakfast was not even breakfast. I will never stay at an extended stay America again. I would rather sleep in my car. If your traveling with children don’t even enter then building.
