Was fantastic the minute we walked through the door the staff the room the food it was all beautiful we will definitely go back but for more than 1 night next time 😀👍.
Staff were very friendly and I liked the outdoor cocktail bar
The rooms adveritised were nothing like the room we got. £180 a night for a crappy little room with a tiny bed and a view of a roof with an open ceali g cupboard with hoovers on the roof. Really disappointing given how quaint the overall hotel is.
It was very friendly and the staff were very helpful
I wanted to charge my electric car but the chargers were not obvious, difficult to use and didn’t work. I therefore had to leave the property before breakfast to charge my car. I had arrived late in the evening after a long drive. I could have done with it being more straightforward.
The information online,the information on booking. com and the information given by the staff on site do not match.
The late night check in person DID NOT KNOW that the £120 double room price was for 1 person only.
The information on the website and the emails from booking.com do not match
So in the end I was asked to pay a£30 supplement for both rooms I booked
Had I known this at the time of check-in , I would have gone elsewhere.
It was close to where we needed to be. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bedroom and bathroom looked out on to a rooftop and other bedrooms. Not very private, had to close curtains when dressing and using bathroom facilities which made the rooms quite dark.

The food in the bar area was ok, nothing special however the breakfast was lovely.
Beautiful experience in the desert, a trip I won’t ever forget. I went as a female solo and they treat me like family. Please take walks around the desert area.

Beautiful old property with excellent decor. Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The bathroom was massive and the shower was to die for, hot and very spacious. Excellent value for money, with easy check in and very friendly staff. We will definitely return as our daughter lives just around the corner so perfect location for visiting her. Next time we will hopefully use the amazing spa facilities as we didn’t have time.
Nothing we didn’t like, and if I had to say anything negative it would be that we would prefer more coffee sachets in the room (this is just a personal preference as we don’t drink tea or hot chocolate, with no bearing on what was a great overnight stay). I’m sure we could’ve asked for more with no issues but wasn’t that important.
