Extremely helpful and polite staff, the location works exceptionally well with public transport heading towards the centre, the room had a surprisingly nice bathroom as well.
Admittedly, the rooms themselves really aren't all that spacious for the price, the cleanliness could definitely be better as well, overall not a deal-breaker though.

Als erstes die Sauberkeit, Handtücher werden jeden Tag gewechselt und die Betten gemacht. Die Lage ist top, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer und das Bad zwar klein, aber für eine Person reichte völlig aus, … hatte großes bequemes Bett. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Zero air-conditioning. Had two young kids who were very uncomfortable even with a fan provided in room. Didn't like the room decoration or curtains which were hanging off

Pathetic room, looks like I was staying in a storeroom and worst hotel stay in my entire professional life. After travelling 50+ countries for my work, this one stands at the rock bottom of my overall experience. No comfort, nothing to mention positively, except some stuff who are good. Room size, amenities, no lift, pathetic ventilation and worst part is cost.
Ogni giorno venivano cambiate le lenzuola e il copri piumino. Asciugami cambiati ogni giorno. L'hotel è comodissimo sia per la metro (è a 3 Min a piedi) che per i bus...e tutto è vicinissimo essendo al centro.
Unica pecca è che non funzionava l'ascensore ma noi stavamo al 2 piano quindi niente di terribile. Tende un po' strappate, e lo stipite della porta un po' rotto.. per il resto direi più che bene visto il prezzo
