Великолепный отель, на 1 линии, прекрасный персонал, особенно рецепшн, были максимально дружелюбны, пытались оказать помощь в всех вопросах. Завтрак удовлетворит любого и даже придирчивого постояльца. Отдохнули на 5*.

Pros:

Чудовий готель, дуже привітний персонал, зручне ліжко, засоби для догляду, в номері були чай і кава, Дуже приємне і позитивне враження. При нагоді обов'язково приїдемо ще.

Взагалі як побажання, дві ковдри, а не одну велику.

Es war sehr angenehm nach dem sehr vollen Venedig auf den viel ruhigeren Lido in das sehr schöne Hotel zu kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich ausgestattet, das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zum Strand muss man sagen, dass die Saison noch nicht begonnen hat, die Strandbäder werden gerade hergerichtet.

Hidden gem on Lido with great staff and an excellent value.
Pros:

Spacious, luminous rooms. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. Friendly / helpful staff. Excellent value. Just steps from the beach and easy to reach by bus from Lido SME ACTV station. Possibility to rent bikes for the 1/2 day or full day right on site was a big plus.

Cons:

Can not think of anything. Ours was an ideal stay.

We dealt with a young man on the front desk named Marco. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to help.

Cons:

Upon our arrival at the ACTV station, there were no taxis. My phone was dead. We contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi, and were to wait, one would be along eventually. We were able to arrange transportation on the bus.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we had an ongoing issue with inadequate A/C in our room, which is ultimately controlled by the front desk. However, when we would leave the room, the hallways and public spaces were considerably cooler.
Lastly, as we prepared to leave, we asked the front desk to arrange for a taxi. He appeared to call 3 times. He said no one was answering. We walked outside, I looked up the number myself, called, and had a taxi in approximately 10 minutes.
I do not like to assume things, but based on the issues with our stay, I would have to assume that American tourists are not quite welcome. You may want to consider your stay here very hard before making reservations.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit nettem Personal.
Pros:

Direkt am Strand. Der war aber noch nicht geöffnet. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Hotel mit den Bussen A, B und C von der Anlegestelle Lido gut zu erreichen. Sehr schönes Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal, schon vor der Anreise nette Kommunikation per Mail. Vom Lido gute Bootsverbindungen nach Venedig. Empfehlung: 7-Tage-Karte lösen à ca. 65 Euro für alle Busse und Boote.

Cons:

Zimmer eher klein. Es gibt kein Restaurant oder Bar, wo man sich am Abend noch ein Bier gönnen kann.
